All the staff I dealt with were genuinely friendly and easy-going. Susan was especially knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. Her passion for Lexus sport cars is infectious and I am positive that I made the right decision. Kaitlyn was also very genuine and personable, and Romeo was very helpful with the tips he gave me for caring for the leather seats. All my expectations were exceeded and then some by the first class, genuine treatment I received. I have no reservations about recommending Lexus of London to my loved ones. More

From the second we walked through the door, we were treated like serious customers, and she made the effort to make all Lexus models attractive, and it pulled through, because we ended up with RX350 that we love so far. She was informative and knowledgeable and most of all, patient with our requirements and questions. All staff there showed highest standard of service and friendliness and professionalism. In short, they displayed higher standard than already the highest quality of Lexus. Definitely will recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
