While my veichle was being serviced, I dropped in to say hello to Nelson who I had purchased the van from last year which is also my third veichle purchased from him. Because of his knowledge and friendliness and most importantly my experiences with him, I just recently referred a very good friend of mine to purchase a veichle from Team Chrysler but more specifically Nelson. He was pleased to see me and after a few minutes of conversation he surprisingly walked over to the Service desk and said that he would take care of the service bill. And I could only say great things about service advisor Shane Marion! I now live in Guelph which is about 1 hour away but I still and will only go to Team Chrysler for service. He is the only one that I feel comfortable working on my veichle which by the way is always quick and efficient. He always goes the extra mile and then some to make my experience a very pleasant one. Way to go Team Chysler! More

He is a good services advisor I brought in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to check the keyless function (it seems to me to not working well). I arrived at this dealership wanting to trade my 2012 Chrysler car in for a Dodge Truck. I have two other dealerships that are closer to me but always took the 2011 to Team Chrysler due to Shane's excellent customer service. On my last visit the 2011 was in for an oil change. I was walking around the show room when I ran into Steve. We started discussing the 2014. Next thing I knew I was talking to Ralph, who sold me the 2011, and Rich. This is my second purchase from this dealership. I have always been a FORD guy, but got interested in the RAMs when they were redesigned in 2009. I went into this dealership just to take a look in 2010, and walked out with a brand new 2010 RAM 1500. I was more than satisfied with its performance throughout my ownership and the service department is the best I have ever experienced. I went in today and got a 2013 and my sales experience was just as stress free as the last time. My service rep. (Shane Marion) is the BEST. When I tell him a problem he knows the solution right away. Quotes come quick, and are very accurate. No nasty surprises. My sales rep. (Winston Shamsudeen) sold me the first truck as well this second one. I have recommended more than 10 people to him, and will continue to do so. He makes the sales process easy and definitely less stressful. No annoying hard sells. The finance manager (Rajan Sabharwal) worked hard to get me the best financing option and worked closely with Winston to get the pricing to a comfortable level. I never liked going into a car dealership before. This team makes the experience enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More
