He's knowledgeable, polite and understands the product. Shane always follows through during service and advises me how long my maintenance/repairs will take. He monitors recalls and advised me of one I was not aware of. Shane makes each customer feel valued and that he's there just for them. Shane knows his clients by name and greets them accordingly. I went into the showroom to look at a new truck and was met by Ishwar. One thing led to another and we agreed that a used vehicle would suit my needs. He showed me a number of vehicles ( both at Team and at Ontario Chrysler ) and I found one I liked. We started the negotiations and we quickly settled on an offer that was acceptable to both parties.
