Everything was going great I signed an original bill for the 14K or so. Then later on Thursday I get a call from their finance guy Sam Liamakeros, saying that he was looking into the possibility of getting me 0% financing if I bought a warranty and a rustproofing. I agreed (in my mind to him looking into the whether it was possible remind you) and then later that night (an hour or so later) when I was done work I called to tell him to cancel and when he didn't answer I left a message saying forget about the warranty because I was going to be modifying my car anyways so it would be void. I hear nothing and called multiple times over the next 2 days(to be fair one of those days was Saturday), text my sales guy Rizwan Shabbir, asking if Sam got my message about canceling and he said he didn't know anything about it. Finally go to pick up my car on Monday night and they are trying to charge me for a warranty and rustproofing! I refused to pay for them and told them I didn't want a warranty explained that I called and got no reply and that I left a message. They proceeded to tell me that I didn't leave a message and that nobody got it (despite the fact that I have call history showing I phoned and one call had a duration of a minute and half on Friday (me leaving a message) and proof that I texted Rizwan). In the end I ended up having to pay $1500 for a rustproofing I didn't want and didn't explicitly agree too. To make matters worse I called the service department later and inquired about the cost to rustproof and undercoat a car and was quoted at $400 by a guy name John. So in total I was charged for something I didn't want, overcharged $1100 for it and they didn't honour the verbal agreement I had with Rizwan for no additional fees (I was charged a $700 administration fee). Terrible time, made me feel like it was all my mistake when they just decided to go ahead and do things on their own and wouldn't even negotiate the ridiculous $1500 rustproofing fee. I had to argue with them and wait for them to refinance it properly for almost an hour. The $2300 extra made a good deal a below average one. I could've saved myself the transit time and bought the exact same model car with 20k less kilometers for $16K. UPDATE: After leaving this review I received a call inquiring about my problems and after another discussion, I was told that they had to discuss the issue with their general manager and that they would see what they could do to resolve the issue. Its been a month since then and I have received no updates, no calls, and no resolution. This is despite me being there 3 times now for a service appointment to deal with issues with my car (right headlight was dead, and left rear tire pressure sensor was dead.) and speaking with Sam in person. Service Department Review: I have now had to drive from Hamilton to the dealership and back 3 times waiting 2-3 hours each time to get my headlight and tire pressure sensor fixed. When I arrived the second time, the service department did not have an appointment for me in their system, despite the fact that I had the work order they filled out and gave to me the first time I was there. They also didn't have the tire pressure sensor ordered so I had to come back a third time. Remind you all these appointments were a week apart so they had plenty of time to order the part. Finally today I went to have the tire pressure sensor replaced and was told that it would take ~100km for the car to "relearn" the new sensor so after leaving I drove for 115km and the warning light was still on. After getting out and inspecting the wheel I realized that they replaced the WRONG wheel's sensor! The replaced the rear passenger wheel's sensor and not the rear drivers side sensor! I have the original work order form and it clearly says left rear sensor. Now I have to go back another time to get the correct sensor replaced. More

But when we went to pick up our truck they forgot to instal the NAV program (which we paid for) We picked up our truck on dec 23rd around noon. We live 5 hours away. They did refund us the $600 that it cost for the NAV system but not our tax. I have been calling about this issue now for about a week and still have not received a phone call back about refunding our tax. Also getting the NAV system put in where we live is a lot more. I hope somebody reaches out to me about sending a cheque for the tax we paid on the $600. Lee Henwood More
