Totall UNSATIFIED with the service department. On 19 Oct. 2020, I soke to Amanda Krug about a noise being created by our 2018 Rav 4 LE and was told that a "LEXUS technician had taken the car for a On 19 Oct. 2020, I soke to Amanda Krug about a noise being created by our 2018 Rav 4 LE and was told that a "LEXUS technician had taken the car for a test drive and had not noticed or heard any problems with the car. He stated that, and I quote,"The noise is a normal frequency enduced by various system components such as powertrain, driveline and braking system".This is complete nonsense. I have taken a recent test drive with a retired licenced automotive technician who told me that the noise is #1, present and #2, caused by one of the rear wheel bearings. If this bearing should fail while driving at highway speed, the failure could cause the wheel associated with it to come off the car and result in a life threatening crash!! I am taking the Rav back to the dealership this Wed. Sept. 19 2022 to have the problem addressed once again. My wife and I have had 3 camry's in the past and have been very happy with them. NO odd noises and minimal repairs. If the problem with our Rav is not resolved with our next visit, I shall be contacting the CEO of Toyota Canada to start action against ToyotaTown. I went into Toyota Town looking to buy my first ever brand new vehicle, without much self confidence in how that process works. Gwen Jones was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable towards used and new cars, and provided a path for myself to traverse in the decision of purchasing a vehicle. In the future, when a friend or family member shows interest in buying a vehicle I will be recommending Gwen Jones to them immediately. Rita Dalal was very professional and complimentary of my financial situation. Rita gave me confidence in my ability to afford a new vehicle as a young professional, and was very fun to chat with. While chatting with Rita, she also recommend to me an insurance agent that was able to give me a lowered rate than I previously had, which was a huge bonus. All around excellent and friendly service. When I need another vehicle further in life, I will be going back to Toyota Town. More

Brian really came through for me like no other in this crazy post-pandemic market. Contacted him mid-May for a SUV required quickly for work (June start) The man delivered in spades above all other deale crazy post-pandemic market. A week after newly contacting Brian a cool looking RAV4 TRD Trail Offroad magically appeared from nowhere and was mine looking fine bombing down the 401 each day smoothly with all the other hot shots there. Thank you Brian as I was prepared to settle due to urgency but got better than I would have known to ask for. Brian and ToyotaTown are obviously connected so let him be your resource for the hard to find. Calm, cool, collected and less than no-pressure. Vehicle custom tint and settings set-up perfectly on delivery through obvious professional experience.
