Shawn was very helpful in supporting me in replacing my Toyota Camry XLE V6 with a new Rav4 Limited, and also helping me navigate the insurance claims process with my car being written off because of the accident. Excellent sales staff and management. Gwen and Rita are both professional and get things done. On vehicle 2 in less than a year and I was taken great care of. The last one I just had to call and stop in once they had it ready and off I went. The both of them are stand up people and no nonsense. Would refer anyone after a Toyota to Gwen and Rita. Gwen was reffered to me by a friend and new imediatly I'd be back to see her. Both are very kind people and make the sales experience pleasurable. More
