Awesome About three weeks ago I was looking at cars online. I sent off a quick email about a Cadillac ATS, and quickly forgot about it. The next day I got an email back from Justin Parker from Huron Motor Products. He had looked up all the info on my truck which I had purchased there two years ago. Attached he had several quotes. one to trade and the other to lease. I looked over the numbers and we sent several emails to each other. Soon after I decided to stop in and met with Justin. I was greeted as I walked into the dealership and was treated like a VIP. A car was quickly set up for me to road test and all my questions were answered. Even a hot coffee while I set to review the many options. Like two years ago when I bought my truck from this dealership, I was given as long as I wanted to work out the details. In the end I bought a new vehicle and it was delivered to me exactly as we had agreed. A big Thanks to Justin, parts, service, financing and management. Love my new Wheels !!! Larry Ryan More

He made sure we went over exactly what WE were looking for - so he could provide us exactly what WE wanted. He did not try to give us something that had been on the lot for awhile. Or something that cost more than we wanted. He found exactly WHAT WE WANTED. If there were options that would be beneficial to us, he explained why he suggested them (example longer box vs shorter box). When we picked up our new 2015 GMC Sierra, it had a full tank of gas. This was an option at other dealerships. Chad spent an hour with us, setting up our On-Star, explaining hows things worked, and making sure we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend this dealership at any time for the purchase of a new vehicle, or a good used vehicle. More

Not once was I told the deal was only "today". My trade in was more than fair market value. They were even able to get me more for my trade in than I had asked for. The respect and knowledge I was shown was beyond any experience I had ever been shown buying any of my previous vehicles. After my first visit to HMP it wasn't a matter of where I would buy, just which vehicle. Mike was happy to locate any vehicle I chose, just as much as any vehicle on the lot. Again, no pressure, no hassle experience. I can definitely say I will be back for my next purchase as well as recommending HMP to everyone I speak to regarding this amazing experience. I had reached out to 3 other GM dealerships in London before contacting Craig at HMP. It was a simple email saying exactly what I wanted, and what could they do. He not only beat the price, he looked for ways to get me the exact truck I wanted as quickly as possible. Ended up deciding to just order a custom Canyon in the long run, and Craig was in constant contact with me. Matt and Cathy were both extremely helpful and did not make intense sales pitches to force me into buying anything I did not want. I have already recommended HMP to numerous people. For anyone within an hour drive of Exeter, I would question your sanity if you did not give HMP a chance! More
