Words do not even do him justice! I don’t even know where to begin! This gentleman is by far one of the most respectful and courteous sales professionals I’ve ever come across in any industry. From the fi to begin! This gentleman is by far one of the most respectful and courteous sales professionals I’ve ever come across in any industry. From the first phone call, which he was mindful of the time that I said I would be able to have time for a conversation and not a moment earlier he established contact, I knew this was going to be the man whom had my business! As a single mom I had a few boxes I needed checked off in order to find the perfect car. From the beginning the car that Krish recommended was actually the car I ended up with! Being a woman I flipped and flopped with different models, packages, new, used, you name it I probably asked to see it. He focused on my daily needs between working and chauffeuring my son to hockey. He was responsive to my budget needs and he knew what was going to be the best. He also knew what was going to be too much for me and called me out on it! The honestly and transparency of this man is unmatched! Krish, you made this process manageable and not dreadful. With the internet and the level of detail I had going in I worked with Krish to give and take we did the dance and worked it out as I expected we would. He sold us our Telluride last year, and this year our 2021 Seltos. I was more than happy to give him our repeat business and have referred a few people his way too whenever I'm asked. The staff were all pleasant and good to deal with. The manager had a decent chat, other salespeople interacted, Finance with Rene was hassle free. Parts and even service provided input and answers to general questions without hesitation or any issues. This dealership seems to have their act together, I'm sure everyone will appreciate the Move to a bigger location too! More
