When we picked up the car it was late & dark & I drove it home . Before leaving , Tom came out to the car to make sure the seat etc was right for me. Dealt with Henry, who knew his stuff and found them happy to negotiate a bit with me to bring it right into my budget. My biggest challenge was needing to take possession right away as my old car had died and I was having to pay for a rental. But no problem, they assured me they would give me a loaner til my new car had been detailed and checked all over....Showed up to collect the loaner, expecting a little car but no, it was a brand new Cadillac XT5! Had it for 3 days and picked up my new Malibu right on time. Great support, good financing arrangement, couldn't ask for more. More

Great Deal and Professional Service I phoned at 8:50pm one night just as the dealership was closing. The sales manager Jason answered the phone. I was inquiring about a 2016 Cruze and I phoned at 8:50pm one night just as the dealership was closing. The sales manager Jason answered the phone. I was inquiring about a 2016 Cruze and I told him about 10 minutes later as he was looking up some information that I did not want to tie up any more of his time as it was time for him to go home. His answer was, "don't worry, I'm not going anywhere". Went the next day to look at the car and ended up buying it. The car was very clean and just as he had described, no hidden details. Jason was very professional, and knowledgable about the car and all procedures to make the deal go quickly and smoothly, a real down to earth guy. Great experience, go and see Budd's before you go anywhere else, best prices on used cars, and I have bought many in my lifetime, so I know. Chris was also very professional on the delivery of the vehicle and extremely knowledgable about all the features of the car. Bounsay was very efficient with the closing paperwork not to mention he should be a stand up comedian. The most fun I have had buying a car. More

Tom, Bounsay and Jason were all very professional and informative, but not "pushy" in dealing with my purchase. I felt as ease. I bought the Equinox I wanted and Budd's made sure it was in perfect condition when I collected it. Great job everyone! I now look forward to the after sales service with Jason Corrigan being just as good as the buying experience. More

Several months back we bought a used Ford Mustang from a Chev dealer and felt we were treated as valued customers. I don't think they could have been nicer if we'd been buying an Escalade! Fair treatment, fair price, and we drove away with a full tank of gas! That was a nice surprise. Who could ask for anything more! More
