Jason was born in Kitchener however spent his formidable years growing up in London. As a youngster playing AAA hockey he was fortunate enough to be part a team that won the provincial championships. His love for the sport has never dwindled, he still plays organized hockey year round and volunteers much of his free time to coaching Rep hockey in his home town of Milton. Jason does not limit himself to hockey, he is also an avid golfer and loves to spend time in the summer on his motorcycle. If you can’t find him at the rink, hitting the links or tearing up the streets he is likely spending time with his family of 7, plus 2 dogs. In 1999 Jason left the restaurant business to enter the Automotive industry. Of his 17+ years in the business all but 2 have been spent within the Budds’ organization. Jason believes honesty, integrity, and treating everyone how he would want his Nana treated as the keys to good customer service.

Best place to get any GM Vehicle in Ontario! This is the 2nd Cadillac we leased from Budds Chev. We worked with a new sales person this time around though, Basil Silas, as the previous rep has si This is the 2nd Cadillac we leased from Budds Chev. We worked with a new sales person this time around though, Basil Silas, as the previous rep has since retired. The experience was just the same though. No last minute surprises. Straight talking sales rep and management. I have to say Mr. Budd and family know how to run a business well and retain their clients. And they have almost everything GM has to offer in stock. The Corvette Z06's, Cadillac Escalade's, right down to the Chevy Spark! I was a little worried since I was returning a 2015 Caddy ATS lease and upgrading to a 2017 Caddy XT5 and my past experiences at other dealers usually result in some last minute surprises such as charges for minor scratches and wear but with Budd's there were no surprises. Everythign was as discussed. The new XT5 looked awesome. Full tank of gas! and the car runs like a dream. Wifey loves it because it has all the cargo room we needed and plenty of leg room for our growing kids in the back. Our sales rep Basil and both sales managers, Craig Taylor and Jason Blain, were very thorough about everything we talked about. He needed all documents and papers upfront from us to have all forms ready for us. This was very helpful so that we could complete all papers and drive away in our new XT5 faster. Fortunately, their Business manager, Bounsay, was able to work with our schedule as we couldnt sit with him so they accommodated by letting us fill out all credit app documents at home and emailing it to them. Also would recommend their service department. They were quiet helpful to us for getting all service and warranty work done on our 2015 ATS. It was always a good experience speaking with the service manager, Shane. Unlike at other dealerships where the management often hides behind their office doors, Shane was always available to discuss any concerns and offer guidance/help when needed. Another fabulous experience of working with Budds Chev. Highly recommended! More

Poor and Rude customer service I returned my lease vehicle 8500KM under my lease allowance and that too 9 days prior to lease expiry in mint condition. I had small curb rash on one I returned my lease vehicle 8500KM under my lease allowance and that too 9 days prior to lease expiry in mint condition. I had small curb rash on one of the wheels (Pictures can be provided). I was told that entire rim is damaged and needs to be replaced. It will cost me close to $700. I tried explaining to the manager that this could be touched up and repaired which will save both of us money but he insisted that rim is damaged and only resolution is to replace it with brand new rim. Jason Blain was rude, inconsiderate and had zero customer service skills. When I asked him not to be rude otherwise only option I have is to share my experience dealing with you on the Social Media. He took offence to it that I am threatening him. I left the dealership with sour taste in my mouth. I would never buy any vehicle from Budds' Chev or GM vehicles in general. More
