I truly appreciated his overall assistance. As a woman, in the past, other dealers (never at Ford!) have lied to me, patronised me, and spoken to my husband in response to questions I was asking. It was a great experience to work with Chris, who took me seriously and made buying my new car a most pleasant experience. I will be back in the future should I decide to buy another car. As an addendum, Edie Lange, who helped me the last time I was buying a car from you, was again my finance person, and like Chris, she made the whole experience a very positive ne.. I appreciated her empathy and her friendliness. It made the increase in my monthly payment much less painful! More
