Be it delivery of a new vehicle at odd hours, a "quick look" at a vehicle issue on my way by or just accomodating my busy schedule by fitting me in for a service. Most of the staff have been there for years and you get to know them quite easily when you need something. I always recommend HMP to anyone looking for a GM vehicle and none of them have been disappointed with how they were looked after. More

Sorry, It a GM problem, not ours! 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc) and each time it has been in to repair them, I get the same answer......"Yes, there is a problem. No we did not fix it". GM seems to have no solution. I call GM and they simply direct me to my dealer for service. GM's final answer is to replace the truck with a new one and I appreciate that, but seems very wasteful to me. Thank You Tim, Don and Ed for your tolerance inputting up with my complaints. More

In the 13 years that I have had service and repair work done, I have been in contact with almost all of the staff. The mechanics and oil,lube shop staff are very helpful and do excellent work.
