Cory McMullen was very helpful with towing and payload specifications and overall vehicle options. Quickly returned our calls and messages if he wasn't immediately available, even after regular dealer business hours. When finally decided on a purchase of a new half ton, we had very specific interest in trim, option, color, etc. Cory and Dean found exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend anyone give Cory a call if considering purchase of a vehicle. Natalia and Christina were also very helpful to make wrapping up the process easy and organized. We have not had much experience with the service department yet, except for having a tonneau cover installed and rear air bags installed at time of purchase plus pre-delivery detailing. I'm in love with my new Jeep!! I have been on the hunt for a small truck or a smaller SUV for awhile now. I had a car but, living in Alberta, where it's winter 7 months out of the y I have been on the hunt for a small truck or a smaller SUV for awhile now. I had a car but, living in Alberta, where it's winter 7 months out of the year, a car was no longer practical. My dream vehicle has always been a Grand Cherokee but way out of my price range. I had recently done a search on Jeep and when I spotted the 2020 Jeep Compass North, I had to try it! It looks a condensed Grand Cherokee at almost a third of the price. I was corresponding with Dean McGill online and I made arrangements to go in for a test drive. I met Cory and he took me for a run in front of me in a different vehicle. I respect them for taking all the necessary precautions during this epidemic. Dean, Cory, Christina & David were all very friendly, informative, extremely professional and helpful. I would go back to them in a heartbeat and I'll tell anyone I know looking for a new vehicle to go see them. Thank you very much for the great experience! and I am IN LOVE with my new Jeep!! More
