Phenomenal Service I was reluctant to return to a Chrysler dealerships after many hardships with others in the area, but Dave Pozzobon and Joe Perri went above and beyon I was reluctant to return to a Chrysler dealerships after many hardships with others in the area, but Dave Pozzobon and Joe Perri went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. I had informed them of what I was in the market for and they delivered without hesitation. I admired the personable approach Dave and Joe rendered and was very impressed by the work ethics of both of these individuals. I could not recommend this dealership enough. I will be a long lasting customer loyal to Chrysler due to these employed at this dealership. Go Dave and Joe! Keep up the awesome work! More

Lack of customer service and accountability First I would like to state that after reading all the reviews, I can't believe I am truly the only bad experience at this dealership.. I have purchas First I would like to state that after reading all the reviews, I can't believe I am truly the only bad experience at this dealership.. I have purchased many vehicles in the past from Ford, gmc, Hyundai and now for the first time dodge. My decision to go here was to purchase a good truck witch I do believe I got. It's the transaction on signing day and the follow up concerns since then. When you can't reach the salesman that sold you the vehicle then you ask for the sales manager. And then when he's unavailable you speak with the owner...at this case I believe that if Dave the owner was mentoring his sale staff then I can indeed understand why customer service is secondary in this establishment..the large list of problems with my transaction started the day I picked up my truck, some two to three weeks after signing off on the sales deal. First I had a tunneau cover requested to be installed. Not done but resolved before leaving with lots of complaining... Second I had purchased snow tires and steel rims that were to be put in the bed of the truck to take home...left without them and told they would get them to me next week.. I received them a month and a half later. Thirdly I had delivered a plate credit from previous vehicle and wished to have it applied to the new plates not done but credit was returned with yet another apology.. Fourth I had requested the financing premium to be withdrawn from my account on a Monday instead it was on Friday and cost an additional $163.00 to have it changed. The rest of my experience comes from after leaving with the vehicle Dodge Ram 1500 So total time was close to three weeks to have the transaction completed on delivery date of October 18. Till dec 2nd when the tires were eventually installed. All blame was put on suppliers and no accountability what so ever on Ontario Chrysler or it sales department or owner.. I decided to set up a meeting on December 5th, of how to proceed with my concerns of now driving in inclement weather for two to three weeks now, prior to knowing when I was to have my tires installed on the 2nd of December. The meeting was to be with sales manager Bob, sales man Marc, and owner Dave, all three I was trying to communicate with for close to a month and a half. It seemed like a way of humiliating me when I arrived I was greeted by Marc and introduced to bob and Dave for the first time in person. I was asked what my concerns where and then stopped short by dave, the owner, and was told I was asked what I wanted them to do about it as he defended his sales staff with the statement " they did there best to please me" I never once asked for anything that I never paid for in my deal. Except customer service and accountability. I then brought up the fact that the tires installed on the 2nd where already 10-15 psi low on three of the rims if they could look after that by topping them up and I could monitor them for leaking seals or faulty valves...as nitrogen was installed on my stock rims I was assuming I paid for that in the snow tires as well and that is why I brought the truck with Me that day. The best customer service I could get was being told by Dave that I would never be pleased with anything they did and that in no way shape or form would he touch my vehicle. Instead I was told " go get your nitrogen installed somewhere, anywhere else and bring me the bill and then I'll look after it" wow I said " what ever happened to good old costumer service" I was then escorted out of the building to the front door and as I stood there pleading with some sensibility for some results. Dave decided he wanted to exit the building forceably through the same door , not allowing me time to step aside or be presented with the option to step out of the way.. In all fairness the salesmen Marc was polite the entire time and I could see his look was in disbelief of what was actually transpireing during the meeting...honestly I believe he did do the best he could but was handcuffed by the inability to service a customer in an adequate and timely manner...with the exception of the face to face meeting on the 5th of dec. 90% of my correspondence was through text messages to Bob and Dave themselves and is saved in my phones storage for accountability. Other issues brought up to bob where thrown to the waste side as he was concentrating on his preparation for his vacation. Such things as futur credits for tire discounts in future purchases. Or getting me quotes for installing remote start never developed farther then me mentioning it and being told he would get back to me. Never happened..thank you.!!! I would like an apology from the dealership and also the right to return as an option if in an emergency for service and warranty work. It was clear to me when I left on the 5th that this was no longer an option to me, and I would love my privileges returned. At least then I can say I didn't go there because I choose not to... All the best to any future buyers and be fully a where of what you are getting... Customer service and accountability is always free on both ends and it was failed in this transaction... More

As a business transaction it couldn't have been better. The actual delivery of the vehicle to our daughter was amazing. She was greeted with excitment and overall smiles and helpfulness explaining all of the features of the vehicle. Great care in the delivery was taken, and this is much appreciated as it was important that our daughter understood the technology and other features of her new vehicle. And finally I would like to express our love of the product, Jeeps are great! Thank you Dave P for a greata buying experience!!!!! This is the 3rd Jeep I have purchased from you and I'll be back! :) More

Helpful and accommodating staff-- good purchasing experience I purchased a used vehicle through Ontario Chrysler and was pleased with my customer service experience. I had to work through an intermediary since I I purchased a used vehicle through Ontario Chrysler and was pleased with my customer service experience. I had to work through an intermediary since I was out of town when I needed to purchase the vehicle. Both I and those helping me found Richard (and Ontario Chrysler) to be helpful, accommodating, and professional. Richard and the dealership were able to accommodate our unique situation, making an otherwise difficult car purchasing process as easy as possible. Richard gave us his time and attention and was willing to negotiate a fair price on the car. Since our purchase a month ago, I have been pleased with our new car and have general peace of mind with the car buying process. I would recommend Richard Mroz and the people at Ontario Chrysler. More

Just a Great Group of People all Under One Roof!! From the day I walked into this dealership I have always felt appreciated. I first met Robih Hamed when looking for a new car and he gave me the best From the day I walked into this dealership I have always felt appreciated. I first met Robih Hamed when looking for a new car and he gave me the best deal without any hassles or negotiating back and forth wasting hours of my time like I would have at other dealers. I mean I walked in there already knowing what I wanted and he let me take it for a test drive. When I came back we sat down and he just told me the price he could do on it and I was shockingly surprised after already shopping around. So I figured I would try him anyways and asked if he could do any better on the price and his face cringed as he thought really hard and tried playing with the numbers and said no that was the best he cold do. I was extremely happy with the price and my purchase and of course how quick and easy it was. From then on I dealt with Ayman Makawy who bends over backwards for me and I will forever appreciate his kindness and efforts who still to this day is there for me whether there is an issue with my vehicle or to have a friendly chat with while I am waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Anthony Italiano is just a great Service Advisor. He has always been kind and compassionate towards me and my vehicle when being serviced and it just makes my whole experience there so much more enjoyable. Whenever I have had to service my vehicle for more than an oil change he made sure if it was going to take longer than an oil change would that I was accommodated with a shuttle back to where I needed to go and picked up when it was ready or I was available to be. I just had my vehicle in for servicing the other day and I swear I had just drove into the bay, gave him my keys and he sent me walking out the door into a shuttle bus. Joe the manager from the Bodyshop and Heather are awesome as well. I had to have my windshield replaced because of several rock chips caused by the wonderful roads/highways we have in the GTA. I went in to see Joe for an estimate, he gave me a hard copy and took care of everything else with my insurance. I figured while I was there getting my windshield replaced and having a recall on my vehicle I would have that done as well. Joe coordinated everything with Anthony Italiano from Service and I absolutely did nothing at all but just drop off my car. Joe and Anthony made sure that everything could be worked out between Service and the Bodyshop and took care of getting it done for me. They called me and asked when was a good day and time for me to bring my vehicle in and they made it work....just easy and no effort on my end. Luke Kaminski is also a great guy. Always very kind and friendly while making sure that I am being taken care of and that my vehicle is being serviced in a timely fashion. I had some scratches on my vehicle that I was not too please about, not done there of course, and he had it buffed out for me while my car was being serviced. I have had the opportunity to meet and chat with Bourk Boyd and Dave Pozzobon, who own this dealership, and I would have never known they were the owners. They seemed just like ordinary people who I thought worked there and every time I have gone in they were always there. Normally when walking into a dealership the owner is hidden behind closed doors or not present at all but not with these guys. They are always there, interact with their customers and just very friendly people. It sounds like I receive special treatment here but its just how they are towards me and other customers that I see when I am there. Every customer is treated as though they were receiving special treatment and is why I have recommended them to not only my family and friends but to anyone I come across looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler. I live closer to another Chrysler dealership, literally like 5mins away but I won't mention its name, and I go out of my way and drive 20mins because the service and people at Ontario Chrysler are just so great. I highly recommend Ontario Chrysler over any other Chrysler dealership I have had experiences with. I am a huge Jeep Cherokee fan and have owned every model since 1989 so I have had many experiences with Chrysler dealerships. We had lost faith in the whole experience of purchasing cars. Always on guard that we would be taken advantage of. But our faith has been restored after visiting Ontario Chrysler. Everyone we dealt with did their utmost to help us make this the most enjoyable experience, they offered us great advice and helped with all the details. I would go back to them with any car need, or service issues, feeling that they would do their best for us. They really are an outstanding dealership. Exceptional Experience - outstanding team.. My experience with the Team at Ontario Chrysler and more specifically Joe Perri and Dave Pozzobon was nothing less than outstanding. I consider myself My experience with the Team at Ontario Chrysler and more specifically Joe Perri and Dave Pozzobon was nothing less than outstanding. I consider myself a fairly well researched consumer and did my homework. I'm not sure how many of us have the dogged determination to research trucks and visit dealerships over the course of a year prior to making a purchase but, I would hazard to guess that it's in the minority. With this being said, when I finally did purchased my 2014 1500 Series Dodge Ram Sport I feel that I got the best possible deal from this team and this dealership. However, as in most cases as you would expect from the vast majority of dealerships, the relationship ends with a signature on a contract - that's not the case with this team. Not being your typical customer - being somewhat more demanding than the average to say the least, I had a list of specific changes and/or modifications that I felt needed to be made to the suit the final configuration of the truck that I wanted to drive. Bearing this in mind there was a fair number of e-mails, phone calls, and text messages that took place over the course of about a month or so during the time that my truck was being delivered that would have tested the patience of even the iron willed. Never once was my phone call, email, or text message not returned or did I ever feel put off and - all of my requests were accommodated. Joe is an exceptional employee, extremely knowledgeable and a great all round guy. He spent time with me going through all the features of the truck at the time I took possession at length and made the transaction smooth and effortless.
