I dreaded this entire process because of my past experiences in purchasing automobiles. However, this experience begin with a friendly greeting from the receptionist and continued with Dave Pozzob experiences in purchasing automobiles. I sat in Dave's office and described to both gentlemen what my needs were. They made 2 suggestions ;the Compass and Journey. We discussed base pricing and certain options. I then decided to take both vehicles out for a test drive, and it was at that point that I decided against the Compass. We reconvened in Dave's office and discussed pricing and options. I felt that they answered my questions honestly and sincerely. I then decided on a model and 2 options and the negotiations began. I felt that the pricing was fair and the service was professional and so with this I made my decision to purchase the car. Joe Pirri walked me through the many features of the Journey and suggested that I call if I have any further questions. More
