Dave, the vice president, called me immediately to see if I would be able to meet with him so we may be able to fix the situation. At no cost to me Dave has now taken care of everything and has gone above and beyond. At a time when customer service is lacking in so many aspects of business I'd like to thank Dave for his professionalism and his efforts in making sure I was happy with their service and as a result have now kept a loyal repeat customer. Joe Perri and Dave Pozzobon took care of all our needs and requirements flawlessly and effortlessly. They were not pushy like manhy other dealerships we have been to. They were very caring, understanding and patient with us and answered all of our questions. Joe had excellent product knowledge and showed us every feature on the vehicle from begining to end. We honestly can not think of one negative thing to say about our entire experience. The dealership dealt with our issue and provided us with a quality of service far above and beyond what we expected or what we believe we would have found anywhere else. This is our first new vehicle and we are 100% satisfied with our choice in dealerships. Any dealership will sell you a car. But its how they deal with an issue that really counts! And this place is amazing. We will definitely be purchasing our next new vehicle at Ontario Chrysler and recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. James More

It's not everyday that you get the oppurtunity to purchase a VIPER! Mathew did a great job helping answering all my questions. And I had a lot! Not only was Mathew helpful but Dave is a Viper fanatic purchase a VIPER! Mathew did a great job helping answering all my questions. And I had a lot!
