2015 Challenger I was looking for a 2015 Challenger SXT and could not find one at any lot with the features I was looking for. I ordered my car here in 30 minutes and I was looking for a 2015 Challenger SXT and could not find one at any lot with the features I was looking for. I ordered my car here in 30 minutes and it was delivered in just over 2 weeks. outstanding service. On a side note not so cool it arrived with a small scratch on the drivers side rear quarter panel. I did not see it until a few days later. I have not had it looked it by this dealership yet as I have been in Cuba for 2 weeks, but prior to leaving I was having problems with the air pressure in the tires and I took the car to a closer Dodge dealership in Ajax, twice, and was told the tires can't keep a constant pressure because of the "consistency of the Tire" what a Joke. I was also told the scratch could not be fixed at this dealership because it was not the dealership I purchased the car from, not a strong way to start a Dodge and Customer relationship. Just seemed like the Ajax Dealership did not care I just spent almost $50,000 on a Dodge. Service Department seemed COLD... . Overall: Would purchase from Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge again for sure. Would NEVER purchase for the Ajax Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep. More

I ordered a 2015 Dodge Charger Hellcat almost two months before ordering was open and before the MSRP or ordering date had even been established. Most importantly Ontario Chrysler didn't over promise and really stayed on top of things for me. When I was needing reassurance about the car Bob, Andy and Dave were all confident and reassured me 100% the car would be built. These guys provided me lots of transparency into the process and were honest and fair at all times. Pre-ordered October 22, 2014. Ordering opened December 9, 2015 and car was delivered to dealer April 21, 2015. While it was a wait it was worth it and I'm pretty sure had I ordered anywhere else I may have never even seen the car. Great team to work with, thank you! More

I bough a Durango truck from this dealership a year ago, and the experience has been very satisfactory, my wife and I have been really impressed with follow ups and after sales service. recently brought an issue to the attention of Dave Pozzobon- who was on vacation at the time, and to my great surprise, he responded and promised to look into the issue for me; few days later he contacted me again and asked me to take my truck in for a fix that cost more than $400..at no cost to me! I have dealt with a few dealers in my time-individually and professionally, but I have to say this is a first! I am very appreciative to Mr. Dave Pozzobon and his team for this truly exceptional service. Sharing this experience with my colleagues and friends has definitely earned this dealership 7 stars.
