Ms. 21 questions I have had the most amazing experiences at Capital Dodge Palladium for all my car services this year. From the first(of many) calls with Ryan, to warm I have had the most amazing experiences at Capital Dodge Palladium for all my car services this year. From the first(of many) calls with Ryan, to warm welcomes from Dana and the team, I have not thought twice about bringing my vehicle elsewhere(having since switching makes). The outstanding attention to customer service does not go unseen. JP gets me in for an oil change and always makes sure I leave in better shape then when I arrived. I drive a lot, and know next to nothing about my vehicle. This team turns what should be a painful experience for me into one I look forward to, every 8 weeks. Thanks guys for always keeping me safe on the road. More

DANA DANA DANA! I have always visited this dealership, all the employees are marvellous! Dana Listman is a perfect example how the employees go beyond the norm and I have always visited this dealership, all the employees are marvellous! Dana Listman is a perfect example how the employees go beyond the norm and give a personal meaning full services. I had a sunroof screen that broke unexpectedly. I was distraught and had no idea how I was going to pay for it, having a fiat in the summer is turns into a sun room (super hot). Dana went beyond the norm and understood how expensive the replacement was, how I had young children, how Im completely poor right now and how I have been loyal and always on time with all my maintenance for the car. He went out of his way and spoke to the manager to see how they could help me out. They were able to discount it and made my year!!!. I am so beyond grateful, this review does not cut it. I spent two days driving around without the sun guard and it was an oven with the ac on full. I can not thank Capital dodge enough and Dana for going out of his way and understanding my situation. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I want to add, that Ryan Rodney is fab too!! his smiles just makes my day and is a wonderful part of your team ! a joy to encounter! and Brent Smith has been so diligent! and awesome! he does not say much but he is the reason why I don't have that hesitation on my car that I have been complaining about for years. I bought my car in numerous times and nobody could find what was wrong because the problem never replecated on their watch. But Brent looked into it and 100% believed this was a serious problem, kept the car for a few days and GOT IT FIXED! I nearly got into a fatal accident because of the hesitation on intersections, it was a serious issue. So Capital Dogde!! these three men deserve a raise!!! Please pay them more and reward them for being such assets to your team! O’ and must not forget Neil!! Getting a ride with Neil is a joy and honour in itself!! Please know you are so lucky to have these men apart of your team!! and the reason I only visit you! More

I had a regular visit for oil and fuel injector service. I mentioned a couple of things to Dana that were not on the work order and he immediately wen to visually inspect one of the issues and addressed it on the spot. The secondary issue was investigated and a proposed solution was given to me within 90 mins of pulling into the service bay. That issue, along with the regular maintenance, was all completed and I had my truck back in hand in 3 hours. Great guy to deal with - responsive, attentive, first rate More

Excellent Service Department I unfortunately bought my 2015 Jeep from another dealer and had problems with it right away. They could not fix the problem properly so I took it to another dealer and they did not either. While at both dealer ships I encounter several other minor service issues and started to think that my service expectations must be in unreasonable. I decided to try Capital Dodge even though they are located an hour from my home, I was immediately impressed with the service and with a couple of visits my problem is fixed. Old time customer service with a nice comfortable atmosphere, well done. More

Honest and Caring! Capital Dodge restored my faith in the car industry. I purchased a brand new 500X Fiat at another dealership in Quebec. I had several issues with the car from the very start. The original dealership would give me a very hard time each and every time I called for service. A friend suggested I try Capital Dodge in Kanata. They took the time to listen to me and believe that these issues were indeed real and not "in my mind". Exceptional Service - This team know how to retain business 6 months ago I purchased a brand new jeep from Capital Dodge. This week I had an appointment to get my winter tires put on and my summer tires stored 6 months ago I purchased a brand new jeep from Capital Dodge. This week I had an appointment to get my winter tires put on and my summer tires stored for the season (I want to note that storing wheels was not a service I even knew they had, but Wendy made sure to share this with me when I called and booked which I was super happy about). When I was loading my tires into the back of the jeep I flipped up the soft top back window and the plastic window cracked! I was so disappointed, this jeep is less than a year old and a replacement is not cheap. When I was waiting for my winter tires to be installed I was sadly pricing a new back window and the parts and accessories guy, Brian recommended I ask about warranty. So I asked Dana, my Service Dep't guy, who referred me to Kyle, the Service Manager. I was very sceptical that I would receive positive feedback given the nature of problem and inability to prove how the crack happened. Kyle came out and took a look at the window and although he was also super doubtful that they would be able to send the window back as a warranty return, his immediate answer was "we are going to get you a new back window, we are going to help you with this". I know that this was 100% a good will/customer service act and that Capital Dodge will likely absorb this cost because windows are nearly impossible to warranty. In a world where "No" is way more common than "Yes", this blew my mind. I have not received service comparable to what these three gentlemen provided for me this week. Service like this is what makes an impression and forges bonds between customers and the team who are the face of the business. Before this out of this world amazing experience I had no loyalty to any one dealership in the Ottawa Valley, but I will now absolutely continue going back to service my Jeep, and to buy a new one when the time comes. More

Willingness to help is greatly appreciated I bought a brand new Trailhawk in Aug 2017 and over the next 26 days, my device would spend 17 of those days in the shop across 6 separate trips with I bought a brand new Trailhawk in Aug 2017 and over the next 26 days, my device would spend 17 of those days in the shop across 6 separate trips with 4 different issues. The main issue related to the passenger heat turning to MAX at start. This is obviously a frustrating experience to spend that much time with a brand new vehicle and dealing with the shuttle to get into/from work, but the team I worked with were very helpful. They continued to troubleshoot the issue and keep digging for a solution and even kept the vehicle for 2,3 and 4 days after the fix to test for repeat issues. Ultimately, Chrysler Canada was looped in and the service team started working with them to do additional troubleshooting. Near the end, Chrysler said they had nothing left to do and suggested that I just wait until they do a software update sometime in the near future. This is where Kyle got involved as I was unwilling to accept that as resolution. Kyle was friendly, understanding and helpful. I appreciate that he listened very well as I had made several suggestions for possible troubleshooting, which he ultimately proposed to Chrysler Canada and they accepted and authorized them to be done. Incidentally, one of the fixes I proposed which was originally expressed to be impossible - resolved the issue in the end. I now have my brand new vehicle back and all 4 original issues were corrected. Also, I wanted to thank Darrin(?) - the tech who worked on my vehicle extensively. He put in more time than he needed to on this and looked for solutions to the problem that I suspect someone without his experience would have been able to. Thank you everyone! More

Just wanted to mention that the Sales Staff and reception staff were fantastic and attentive. My sales guy, Josh Ovington was great, attentive to my needs and requests and made my new vehicle buying a super carefree and stress free experience from the time I walked in the door. Kudos also to Ken Murdock for making the financial part of the process painless and streamlined as well. It was a pleasure working with them both! And to all the behind the scene players... kudos too!. I already service my 2014 Dodge Journey Crossroads in your service department, and now I can honestly say that Service along with Sales is truly #1 and I will be recommending others to check you out!
