Not a fan of Dale or the service department. Wish I didn’t buy a Lexus and will definitely never buy another one again. These are my latest of 5 Lexus vehicles, from Lexus of London, since 2016. Sue always works to polish the details, to reach a flawless delivery day. Sue uses her skills to apply that polish, to the purchase and delivery. If any small items are not perfect, they are, by the time the vehicle leaves the lot. I highly recommend Sue and her team. More
