Fantastic experience with exceptional customer service. I called in at 6:00pm for service during the Christmas rush as I needed to get my car fixed in order to get to work the next day. The next morning I I called in at 6:00pm for service during the Christmas rush as I needed to get my car fixed in order to get to work the next day. The next morning I dropped my car off to Chris Scott who was extremely helpful and was able to fit me in and offered to have the shuttle take me to work. 3 hours later my car was done and ready for the road. This all happened while the service department was working at full capacity. Thanks so much to Erinwood Ford, and especially Chris Scott for helping me get out of my bind and back on the road. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service Advisor - Chris Scott Good Morning, I was in your dealership on August 29, 2017, Service Department, because my fob would not work. I was told by one Advisor that I woul Good Morning, I was in your dealership on August 29, 2017, Service Department, because my fob would not work. I was told by one Advisor that I would need to make an appt. to have a diagnostic done to see what the problem was. I had mentioned that I had purchased a new battery and that wasn't it. It was just then that Chris, an Advisor over suggested that before I spent that kind of money, perhaps he would be able to sort out the problem. It turned out he could and I was so happy and grateful as the alarms had been going off; I could not lock the car with the button inside and it was unsettling. He just made my day! It is because of his quick service and solution, unsolicited (certainly a solution unknown to me) I will return to Erinwood Ford to purchase a new key and fob and will consider in the future purchasing my next Ford.
