Worth the Drive to Mississauga's Erinwood Service.. Our weekly chores took us to Mississauga for a routine "The Works" on our 2008 Escape with 54,000 kms on it. Purchased and serviced by only Erinwood, Chris provided, as usual, outstanding customer service. We are from Toronto and the trip to Mississauga is only worth it for Erinwood and the great service from Chris. Having dealt with Erinwood Ford since 1979, I would no longer search for any other dealership EVER! After our simple oil change, we drove down the street and noticed that our tire was making a noise. We turned around and took it back to Chris who soon discovered that we ran over something on our short 1 block trip. He quickly fixed and patched the tire and did not charge us anything for it. Simply the Best and Quick service provided by Chris! Thank you Chris. More

Etta Coccia , Gary Banks, Joe Engel, tricked her into spending $350 without booking a service appointment, she was in there for an oil change only. I am contacting the president of Erin wood as well as senior management. The better business bureau will hear about how crooked the service department at Erin wood ford is WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE BACK HERE AND MY FAMILY HAS BOUGHT ALL OUR CARS FROM ERINWOOD FORD FOR THE LAST 20+ YEARS More

Exceptional Parts and Service Dept I've been bringing my vehicles to Erinwood for service for a number of years. I am continually impressed with their Service and Parts departments for I've been bringing my vehicles to Erinwood for service for a number of years. I am continually impressed with their Service and Parts departments for the quality of their work and especially the level of customer service I receive. A special thanks to their service advisor Chris Scott. I appreciate that Chris always takes the time to thoroughly explain any issues found with my vehicles, what repairs or maintenance should be performed and when it needs to be done. He also often goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule and, if needed, he will always arrange for alternate transportation for me. This level of service is one of the main reasons I have recommended Erinwood to my friends and family, and would certainly do so for anyone else looking for a place to service their vehicle. More

Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and paying close attention to my concerns regarding my vehicle. From writing up the work order to ensuring that I was shuttled to my destination, Chris made the entire process a simple and pleasant one. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Chris took the time to review everything that was done on my vehicle, including all of the concerns I had mentioned when I originally dropped off my car (he did not miss one single item!).
