From writing up the work order to ensuring that I was shuttled to my destination, Chris made the entire process a simple and pleasant one. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Chris took the time to review everything that was done on my vehicle, including all of the concerns I had mentioned when I originally dropped off my car (he did not miss one single item!). I wanted to take a minute to let you know h I had the absolute pleasure to attend Erinwood Ford Service Dept Sat Nov 26/16, to get snows on my Edge. I wanted to take a minute to let you know how absolutely gorgeous your new build Ford Dealership is; it is fabulous! The layout is wonderful, the attention to detail and customer comfort far exceeds any of my high expectations. When setting up my booking I was advised it would take up to 1-1/2 hours; much to my surprise the job was done in 45 minutes, just as I was getting settled in to watching daytime TV, which is unheard of in my routine. My friend and I were especially pleased with being able to make our own Keurig coffee from your wonderful selection. Great idea to have that, rather than putting on a pot at a time and wasting it. The customer comforts you provide in the Service Dept waiting area are superb. Chris in Service was most professional and efficient. My sales rep, Mark Maguire took time to say hi and chat a spell with us, on a busy Saturday. When my lease is up, if I do not buy out my Edge, you can rest assured I will be back, and hopefully not cause you excessive gray hair! So, kudos to you all for toughing out the construction phase of your massive new build ….. anything worth having is worth waiting for. In 2013 I searched everywhere for the best deal on a 2013 Ford Mustang and I finally found it at Erinwood Ford, thanks to their sales person Victor Chacon, who was very knowledgeable on the car and professional as well. He treated me with respect, patience and kindness, traits you don't usually see in Auto sales people these days, who just want to make quick sale and never get in touch with you again, after your purchase. My Story- After undergoing a severe health risk- battle with cancer in 2011, my wife encouraged me to start looking for my dream car, a 2013 Ford Mustang. I searched everywhere, at dealers all over the GTA, even neighbours that actually worked at Ford dealerships and were aware of personal circumstance-eventually I finally found Erinwood Ford and got the best deal with Victor Charcon, one of their Top Sales advisors. 3 Years later, I still love my Mustang, and it has won awards at local Ford Mustang shows, but now I'm in the market for a 2016, and guess where I'm going and who I'm seeing - thats right Victor Chacon at Erinwood Ford. As for the service department, I don't think I have ever seen a more professional and efficient department. They have always got me in on time addressed any concerns I had and resolved them quickly, and had me on my way. Thanks to Shawn Moon and his team.
