Excellent service for an out-of-towner I live about 1.5 hours away, and working through e-mail and telephone was easy. Good experience Recently purchased a 2016 mustang from this dealership. The dealership was unfortunately going through a major renovation when we decided to purchase the car in Nov 2015. That being said the staff did a great job making the most of the situation and were very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. The gold star goes to Chevon Jackson, who from the beginning was a fantastic person to deal with. He let us try about 4 cars in one afternoon and never for once showed any signs of annoyance or applied any pressure to buy. When it came time to buy he once again took his time and merely facilitated a negotiation to a good deal. He constantly kept my updated on the arrival of my car and made sure everything was ready for delivery. At delivery he brought the car into a well lit garage for us to inspect it and he worked very hard to correct the defects we found! Overall Chevon made the process enjoyable actually. Bory was also very helpful and easy to deal with and did not apply any pressure. During negotiations the manager was okay, only dealt with him over the phone, but he was your typical old-school sales guy with a bit of attitude, impatience and a little arrogance (not as bad as many others), but Chevon handled him well in front of me to keep the experience as a whole excellent. More

With his great knowledge and understandings on every car Ford has made, his customer service skills were grade A++. I told him what i wanted - when i wanted it and my budget and the results were better than what i asked for. Excellent Service Chevon Jackson I had the pleasure of meeting Chevon Jackson and Lem Weeks three years ago. when i came to the Ford Dealership to buy/lease the veh Chevon Jackson I had the pleasure of meeting Chevon Jackson and Lem Weeks three years ago. when i came to the Ford Dealership to buy/lease the vehicle after consulting Mr. Jackson he introduce me to the Ford Edge Sport. Which in his words was one of most popular SUVs on the road. I test drive the Ford Edge and I was impressed. I was encouraged to least the vehicle instead of purchasing just to be sure this was the vehicle I wanted. After driving the Ford Edge for 3 years I was sold. At the end of the lease I was thinking of giving the lease back and leasing another vehicle, but after reviewing the new models and test driving i was not impress. So with that in mind I decide to buy the lease out. Thank you Chevon and Lem for your excellent service, if i decide to get another vehicle I will consult with you in the near future.
