Makes me feel special I have been going to this dealership since 2007. First new car purchase Buying your first car can be terrifying. At capital dodge I went in at 6:30 and was sold by 10. I went in knowing that I wanted a jeep Cherokee. Found Buying your first car can be terrifying. At capital dodge I went in at 6:30 and was sold by 10. I went in knowing that I wanted a jeep Cherokee. Found the one I wanted. Despite tough negotiations as all first time buyers will come to encounter, these people were able to come to my level. Work out a deal that fit my budget, explain things in a way I could understand and sell me a car that I loved. Brain even came in on his day off to make sure I could get my new car within the week. 100% certain that this encounter will affect our next car buying choice. More

Car in a day We came in to trade our 2012 minivan for a 2016. Great service. Friendly, straight forward talking. No messing around. Negotiations on price were fair and well explained. Having done our research, they came in at the lowest cost. We knew what we wanted in terms of options, and they did not try to sell us more. We got what we wanted,for the price we wanted,and to top it off, they prepped the new van so that we could take it with us that afternoon. Since we live out of town, they saved us 3 hours of driving the next day. They went out of their way, as a team, to make the experience seamless and fast. It felt like a drive through dealership with all the perks. Thank you More

The greeting manager assigned salesman John Broussard to us, who showed and explained everything we asked about with friendly patience. To make up happy customers that day, John arranged a deal that everyone was very happy with. Mike Skaff explained and took care of the business details with an easy grace and no pressure. Everything was ready on delivery day, no issues, no questions. Before we left with our vehicle, parts consultant Brian Karnis made us feel welcome anytime to the service side, and offered us some great new-buyer deals. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, and we will be happy to return there for service or our next purchase. An excellent experience, highly recommended! More

We are completely satisfied with our purchase, but more importantly was the excellent professional salesmanship we were exposed to during our visits to Capital Dodge. Our sales rep (Jon Buckley) was very knowledgeable and provided us with valuable feedback and advice. His attitude and personality was very welcoming and did not make us feel pressured at any point during our visits to the dealership, by phone or by email. I would thoroughly recommend Capital Dodge, but would emphasize that our experience especially with Jon was what brought us back to Capital Dodge. The Parts Manager (Brian Karnis) was very pleasant and helpful as well. Now in any deal there is always a cloud that hovers over a deal. In this case, the Finance Manager Robert Martin was that cloud. He was not informative, he did not seem to appreciate our business. He did not greet us with a hand shake, nor congratulate us on our purchase. Thinking that it might have been a bad day for him, we gave him the benefit of the doubt, however when we returned a few days later to pick up our car, he had the same demeanour, or actually less of a personality, and again did not get up and shake our hand, nor did he congratulate us again. I explained this to Jon Buckley and told him that if it wasn't for his own professionalism and personality, that I would have got up right then and there and squashed the deal. Robert Martin needs some interpersonal skill management, as he did not make us feel welcome one bit. More

Friendly and Efficient Experience We were in the market for a new vehicle. Our intention was to find a vehicle that was great on fuel, had heated front seats, A/C, with some cargo sp We were in the market for a new vehicle. Our intention was to find a vehicle that was great on fuel, had heated front seats, A/C, with some cargo space. We stopped in at another dealership at the AutoPark which didn't give us the time of day and left us feeling hopeless about trading in our 2010 Caliber with only 48,200kms. We decided to stop in to see what Capital Dodge could do to get me out of my trade and into something new. Our salesman, Mike was quick to greet us and ask if we needed help. They were very busy, so we kept ourselves entertained by sitting in a Chrysler 200 and a Jeep Cherokee in the showroom. Once Mike became available he introduced himself and he was eager to find out the reason for our visit and how he could help. Mike was knowledgeable about the Mopar line and he suggested that we take a new Cherokee out for a test drive. If you haven't taken one out, I highly recommend that you do. We were excited about the possibility of finally getting a Jeep with 4WD and it came with all of the features that we "must have" as well as a bunch of others. Rob Martin, the finance manager was friendly and offered advise about the Chrysler Service Contract, Tire Hazard, Rust Proofing and even recommended an Insurance company which did give us a great rate on full coverage. Brian Kanis was also very friendly and knowledgeable about Jeep accessories and if Mopar didn't make something, he knew where to look in the aftermarket for it. He provided a welcoming package with a chance to save 20% on accessories that we took advantage of. We were also given information about snow tires/rims for the upcoming winter season. Overall, We have a great experience with the staff at Capital Dodge! I would highly recommend anybody who is in the market for a new/used vehicle to stop in and see them FIRST.
