Best dealer in town Fantastic dealership. Very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler. Brian knew his vehicles and was able to identify pros a Fantastic dealership. Very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler. Brian knew his vehicles and was able to identify pros and cons of every model. He also took the time to identify some upcoming possible changes in future models. I felt like he worked with me for me, and got me the best deal possible. After shopping around for a few months, I know the deal I got from the dealership was stellar. The vehicle I wanted wasn't in sick, but the dealership did everything possible to find it for me and honored the negotiated price. I'd recommend anyone to come to this dealership before any other. Dealership is also aftermarket part friendly while many others aren't. The parts department spent a lot of time with me finding the parts I wanted at the best price possible. They do price match and even beat the matchesmatches. Overall, no complaints, very happy and highly recommend you to go see them. More

4 pts of contact dodging acknowledgement of inconvenience Booked an appointment to have trailer wiring harness to be installed on July 15th at 7:30AM, was told the procedure would take 2 hrs and was offered s Booked an appointment to have trailer wiring harness to be installed on July 15th at 7:30AM, was told the procedure would take 2 hrs and was offered shuttle service, living in Carleton Place felt I could wait the two hrs. Arrived there a few minutes early and time actually took 3 hrs. Was given bill from Nick showing $10 more than the quote I had printed on-line the day before and he went and he had it adjusted. Tested hook up on a friend's trailer a few days later and lights not working. Good thing I did not need to use the trailer that weekend. Went on-line to Capital Dodge and chatted with person giving her full details of my frustrations( mileage, time, did someone not check wiring?. I could have taken for same installation at local Canadian Tire just 5 kms from home, but thought I`d take it to where we purchased the vehicle as that is where it would be done professionally.) She apologized and gave me 1.855 phone number and web link for service to contact dealership. In the mean time Brian had emailed my spouse and I as he saw we were shopping parts, did not here back from us, after I found out the wiring was not working I emailed him back (wecare@capitaldodge.ca) with copy of our frustrations from chat, to which we have yet to hear back. Spoke with someone on that number again explained frustrations, transferred me over to Wendy to book another appointment, asked Wendy how we go about making a formal complaint, she said to speak to Nick Hall our service advisor. Went in couple minutes early for appointment at 1:30 PM yesterday and was met by Ted Cameron, told Ted I was frustrated with having to come back. Service took about 40 minutes, Ted explained that what might have happened is that a connection was not crimped properly and everything ok now. No acknowledgement of inconvenience. From your website you have been providing excellent service for over 50 years to the Ottawa area. I have only been in the customer service business for over 30 years, but I believe I can offer some tips for you: 1. Empower your employees to offer resolution and take ownership at first point of contact. `I am sorry for your obvious inconvenience what can I can to make it better` . It just felt like everyone was passing the buck and no one cared. 2. Have service done a little ahead of time promised ( or on time) and wow your customer 3. Have quotes on-line match ones in store ( I printed my on-line one) 4. When you disconnect battery, have someone reset the clock ( this is an irritant that happened at both visits) 5. Change Brian`s email address. More

Chris got me a great price and dealing with him was low pressure and hassle-free, unlike salesmen I've dealt with in the past at other dealerships. I had a spray-in box liner installed before taking possession of the truck and dealt with Eric and Brian in parts. The liner was sprayed properly and the truck was ready when promised. I've already referred a friend to Chris. More

Elle s'est avérée d'une politesse et d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Surtout, elle est à son affaire et s'occupe rapidement de ses clients, ce qui définitivement permet d'éviter de perdre des ventes. Loved It! Absolutely loved my buying experience with Capital Dodge. Went in to purchase a new car, originally planned on buying a Dodge Dart but after test driv Absolutely loved my buying experience with Capital Dodge. Went in to purchase a new car, originally planned on buying a Dodge Dart but after test driving the new 2015 Chrysler 200 I absolutely fell in love with the car. Wanted to give my thanks to my sales rep Juan as well as Josh who was also a part of the process and finally Mike, who took care of my financing. Can't say enough good things about them, not pushy salesmen as you would expect, but really just there to help you purchase a great car and to help you along the way. Also wanted to extend my thanks to Brian from accessories who set me up with a great set of all weather floor mats and a winter wheel package that I actually just purchased. In terms of the service department, I've, thankfully, had very limited exposure to them since the 200 has been running problem free since purchase but when I did go in for a paint imperfection that was being incredibly stubborn Ted was quick to give me a hand with it and answered a bunch of the other question that I had for him. More
