VIP Experience I can't thank Martin Menzies and Brad Cruickshank for their VIP service during my F150 purchase. I had a lot of questions & concerns in my decision ma I can't thank Martin Menzies and Brad Cruickshank for their VIP service during my F150 purchase. I had a lot of questions & concerns in my decision making and Martin & Brad not only answered all my questions but also gave me some great advise. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never felt like such a VIP client before. From the start they were very welcoming and really listened to what I wanted. Having purchased multiple new vehicles and referring several friends to Erinwood, I can only say great things about their sales department. I was actually a little worried about this particular trans several friends to Erinwood, I can only say great things about their sales department. I was actually a little worried about this particular transaction, because our “regular” salesman was not available to help us this time around. Thankfully, I learned that all of the sales staff at Erinwood Ford operate from the same point of view. Mark was straightforward to deal with. Knowledgeable, personable and efficient. There were no pressure tactics, just good service. After five new vehicle purchases, I see no reason to take my business anywhere else. With service like this I will remain a loyal customer and continue to refer friends as well. The entire team are a joy to deal with! More

Sami did a great job making sure I was familiar with all the updated features in my new vehicle including getting me started with the Ford Connect feature.
