Not what could reasonably be expected… When I came to pick up my new van, I discovered it was missing a roof rack, which it was supposed to have (and which has been confirmed twice at the t When I came to pick up my new van, I discovered it was missing a roof rack, which it was supposed to have (and which has been confirmed twice at the time of purchase). I was then told to: - wait 2 more days, - then 3 more, - then 14, - then I was advised that the roof racks *are not available*, and even if they were, I “wouldn’t be satisfied with the installation”, - then another 3 days later, I was told that the roof racks *are indeed available*, and that I will be satisfied with the dealer installation. I finally picked it up after yet another 3 days, so all’s well that ends well. However, I didn’t enjoy 3 weeks of aggravation, and not knowing what’s going on. Mistakes happen, but the way this case was handled wasn’t inspiring. On the plus side, everyone I dealt with was very nice... More
