Just a Great Group of People all Under One Roof!! From the day I walked into this dealership I have always felt appreciated. I first met Robih Hamed when looking for a new car and he gave me the best From the day I walked into this dealership I have always felt appreciated. I first met Robih Hamed when looking for a new car and he gave me the best deal without any hassles or negotiating back and forth wasting hours of my time like I would have at other dealers. I mean I walked in there already knowing what I wanted and he let me take it for a test drive. When I came back we sat down and he just told me the price he could do on it and I was shockingly surprised after already shopping around. So I figured I would try him anyways and asked if he could do any better on the price and his face cringed as he thought really hard and tried playing with the numbers and said no that was the best he cold do. I was extremely happy with the price and my purchase and of course how quick and easy it was. From then on I dealt with Ayman Makawy who bends over backwards for me and I will forever appreciate his kindness and efforts who still to this day is there for me whether there is an issue with my vehicle or to have a friendly chat with while I am waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Anthony Italiano is just a great Service Advisor. He has always been kind and compassionate towards me and my vehicle when being serviced and it just makes my whole experience there so much more enjoyable. Whenever I have had to service my vehicle for more than an oil change he made sure if it was going to take longer than an oil change would that I was accommodated with a shuttle back to where I needed to go and picked up when it was ready or I was available to be. I just had my vehicle in for servicing the other day and I swear I had just drove into the bay, gave him my keys and he sent me walking out the door into a shuttle bus. Joe the manager from the Bodyshop and Heather are awesome as well. I had to have my windshield replaced because of several rock chips caused by the wonderful roads/highways we have in the GTA. I went in to see Joe for an estimate, he gave me a hard copy and took care of everything else with my insurance. I figured while I was there getting my windshield replaced and having a recall on my vehicle I would have that done as well. Joe coordinated everything with Anthony Italiano from Service and I absolutely did nothing at all but just drop off my car. Joe and Anthony made sure that everything could be worked out between Service and the Bodyshop and took care of getting it done for me. They called me and asked when was a good day and time for me to bring my vehicle in and they made it work....just easy and no effort on my end. Luke Kaminski is also a great guy. Always very kind and friendly while making sure that I am being taken care of and that my vehicle is being serviced in a timely fashion. I had some scratches on my vehicle that I was not too please about, not done there of course, and he had it buffed out for me while my car was being serviced. I have had the opportunity to meet and chat with Bourk Boyd and Dave Pozzobon, who own this dealership, and I would have never known they were the owners. They seemed just like ordinary people who I thought worked there and every time I have gone in they were always there. Normally when walking into a dealership the owner is hidden behind closed doors or not present at all but not with these guys. They are always there, interact with their customers and just very friendly people. It sounds like I receive special treatment here but its just how they are towards me and other customers that I see when I am there. Every customer is treated as though they were receiving special treatment and is why I have recommended them to not only my family and friends but to anyone I come across looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler. I live closer to another Chrysler dealership, literally like 5mins away but I won't mention its name, and I go out of my way and drive 20mins because the service and people at Ontario Chrysler are just so great. I highly recommend Ontario Chrysler over any other Chrysler dealership I have had experiences with. I am a huge Jeep Cherokee fan and have owned every model since 1989 so I have had many experiences with Chrysler dealerships. Thank you to everyone at Ontario Chrysler for taking care of me and my vehicle. More

Vehicle not ready at delivery and damage to vehicle !! To begin this is the second Ram I purchase from Ontario Chrysler ! The first experience was fantastic #1 !! This experience started great and then tur To begin this is the second Ram I purchase from Ontario Chrysler ! The first experience was fantastic #1 !! This experience started great and then turned sour very quickly. First upon getting to dealer on day of delivery( which I contacted earlier in the day) I am met by the salesman whom has no idea why I'm there! As I proceed to tell him I'm picking up my new truck I get told it's not ready because no one informed him I was t be picking it up! At witch time I proceed to tell him the deal is over as came 45 minutes away in the evening to pick it up. At witch point the dealership went into chaos promising me they'll have it ready right away!!! After approx 45 min I then get told that the few small request I made were not completed ( removal of running boards,decal and tonneau cover) I was then given two choices of taking it and returning(45min away one way) or them delivering it to my house! After choosing option two I proceed to go over vehicle for any damage what so ever(15min worth of looking) it was spotless except one chip on handle witch I was told would be repaired. The next day vehicle was delivered(5hours late)! I inspected my truck again to find damage on my bed(dent and scratch)!! After several messages and phone calls to which some were and weren't returned, the solution I requested of having vehicle repaired locally(dent wizard) instead of dropping off truck again or having my truck picked up and delivered again do to the inconvenience and mileage for a $125.00 repair on a ($50000.00) truck! I believe I wasn't to demanding as I believe for all the effort and time this problem could be resolved easily! Take my comments as you wish and my experience as you may, I am paying for my own repair now and want absolutely "nothing" to do with them, to bad for this experience but customer service is suppose to be #1 no matter what!!!!!! More

We had lost faith in the whole experience of purchasing cars. Always on guard that we would be taken advantage of. But our faith has been restored after visiting Ontario Chrysler. Everyone we dealt with did their utmost to help us make this the most enjoyable experience, they offered us great advice and helped with all the details. I would go back to them with any car need, or service issues, feeling that they would do their best for us. They really are an outstanding dealership. Thank you for making us feel as if there is a car dealership that we can trust! We will be seeing you again soon. More

Gord was great to deal with, he was recommended by a friend and we would not hesitate to recommend him to any friends and family. On my first service visit I experienced some poor customer service. I gave a statement of facts on this site about my experience. I received a call from Bourk ( I believe he is the owner or one of th customer service. I gave a statement of facts on this site about my experience. I received a call from Bourk ( I believe he is the owner or one of the owners - not sure) within an hour. He went to great lengths to make things right, right down to picking up my car and delivering it back after the parts came in. I want to thank Ontario Chrysler for taking charge of poor, but not awful, service and going the extra miles to ensure I was happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealer for service or sales, as I bought the vehicle there as well. I will also add the work was warranty, so they did not forget about me AFTER the sale like so many retailers do. Thanks again Ontario Chrysler ! More
