We were impressed with their interest in our search for a vehicle. No pressure, lots of time given to us, even though they were busy. I had to drive an hour to get to that dealer as I am north of Toronto, but they had the best price. Momo sold us the vehicle and was knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased many vehicles (various manufacturers )in my driving years, for myself, spouse and kids and often with difficult or unpleasant experiences but it appears that Ontario Chrysler has the customer service practices still in place. I would go back and definitely recommend Ontario Chrysler. More

Dedicated to fix our Town & Country Van During this past hot summer, we had brought our van in to have the a/c fixed. We dealt with Grant Cafferty and he ordered the necessary part to repair During this past hot summer, we had brought our van in to have the a/c fixed. We dealt with Grant Cafferty and he ordered the necessary part to repair the a/c. After the initial installation, the a/c failed to work in back of the van. He then ordered another compressor and another part, under warranty The parts were on back order for most of the summer. At the end of August, the parts were still on back order and were supposedly on route. We left our van at the dealership as Grant spoke to Luke & Bourk who continued to follow up on the back order and arranged for a complimentary rental vehicle a 2016 Dodge Journey until our a/c was fixed. We had the rental from Sept.1 until Sept. 13th. Many thanks to these 3 guys for their assistance and perseverance. We have been long time customers and have purchased or leased numerous vehicles from this dealership over the last 15 years and continue to have both our Town & Country Van & Dodge Charger serviced here. More
