At no time was I pressured in any way and there was no effort to "upsell" me. When negotiating trade-in value I was not quoted exorbitant repair costs like some dealers attempt. I know my prices fairly well and the minor repairs my trade-in would need were quoted to me at about what I could get them for retail and sometimes below what I could get retail. A very pleasant and rewarding experience overall! More

Mitch Henry did an excellent job outlining the different features for each trim level helping me select the trim level that best suited my needs. I dealt with Phil initially in finance then in person I dealt with Kurt. Kurt was very friendly and easy to talk to and made the process incredibly smooth. Mark in delivery was great, the way he talks about the cars is so genuine. He definitely helps build the excitement of picking up your new vehicle. I appreciated that managers Alex AND Ryan took the time to say hello and thank me again for my business. He asked questions, listened attentively and made the experience enjoyable and knowledgeable. The price was transparent the best in the city, so I felt comfortable moving forward. The Finance team was very patient, made suggestions and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Mark the delivery coordinator educated me and took the time to make sure I was setup properly before driving off the lot. After this experience, I couldn't see myself buying a car from anywhere else!
