I wish I could say better things. I found Mark to be very insincere. He followed just about every car salesman "trick" that I have read about. There was no effort to qualify my needs I found Mark to be very insincere. He followed just about every car salesman "trick" that I have read about. There was no effort to qualify my needs, wants and budget for a vehicle. His focus was on the sale, not facilitating the purchase of the best possible car for ME. He took far too long to return the test vehicle to it's spot - over 5 minutes, when it took less than one to get it. I just didn't trust him, and felt like he was manipulative (granted in a very nice, polite way). I hate that you have to go through someone that doesn't have the ability to make the call about pricing; it's a totally unnecessary middleman that adds to the time needed to complete the transaction, and detracts greatly from the experience. I look forward to the day when dealerships can just have upfront pricing that is non-negotiable so that car shopping is not such and ordeal and something to dread. More

Love Charlesglen Toyota! I’ve bought 2 Corollas at this dealership. The first one was used and my most recent one brand new. I love dealing with the staff here. They are always so friendly and informative and they treat you like family. Alex was the first person I met and dealt with at Charlesglen and he made a couple of appearances to greet me during my next visit. Harris was wonderful to work with in choosing my car, Alison in finance had a great sense of humour and made all the paperwork less boring and of course Mark was amazing at showing me all the features of my new car along with detailed explanations. Mark also helped me program my phone and my daughter’s phone into the system and showed me how to use both. I will definitely come back here for my next Corolla in the future! More

First time Toyota buyer I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Charlesglen Toyota. I actually went to buy a Highlander and fell in love with the 4Runner. My experience with this I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Charlesglen Toyota. I actually went to buy a Highlander and fell in love with the 4Runner. My experience with this dealership was mostly excellentl. Our sales guy, Michael S., was excellent and did not pressure us. The finance people were also great. The stand out person was Jim. He went over the vehicle with me before I took it home. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated the time he took to ensure I knew the basics about the vehicle. The only part I did not like was the pressure I felt from one of the managers. I was there 2 different days and met 2 different managers. The difference between them was obvious. The manager Alex, was well spoken and made me feel confident in my desision of purchasing a Toyota. However, the manager, Kim (I believe) made me feel pressured and rushed. If it wasn’t for my love for the 4Runner and the excellent experince I had with the other employees I would have went to a different Toyota dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

buying a new car with trade in We just bought our third Toyota from Charlesglen. We like the extra financial incentive of auto rewards that build up with services , purchases etc. . We just bought our third Toyota from Charlesglen. We like the extra financial incentive of auto rewards that build up with services , purchases etc. ...which could be added, but they did have an expiry date coming up...so more incentive to buy! We ended up gambling on the new Prius hybrid ...not cheap, but hopefully fun to drive and economical in the long run. Staff dealt with were great...but could do without pressure to add on things like glazing and rustproofing at the time of settling financial accounts...good experience overall whenever we visit. More
