A few weeks ago I went to Nissan hull with my friend to buy a car. When she was talking to a dealer and me I was walking around and I saw a blue suv nissan murano 2019. Suddenly I saw Christina and I asked her a question about the murano if I can return my Qashqai and purchase the new murano 2019. I was excited when Christina told me that can be possible. Her service toward me was excellent and I would love to recommend Christina to all my friends who want to buy a car at Nissan Hull.

I could not ask for better service from Kevin, Carol and Naomi. I was treated with royalty.
All my questions were answered concerning the vehicle and cost by Kevin and I never once felt like he was rushing me. All paper work was completed in an accurate and timely manner by Carol and she ensured that I understood what was indicated on the forms before requesting my signature.
Lastly, before I drove out of the lot with my 2018 Kicks, Naomi made sure that I understood the instruments and controls inside the car by taking the necessary time to explain and answer all of my questions.
All three of them were patient, friendly, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable in each of their tasks.

Just left from buying a car from Khessy. We walked in last week to check out a car they had on Kijiji. We did not have an appointment but was welcomed by a big smile. She allowed us time to check out the car, came and answered our questions and again allowed us time to talk. We have been to numerous dealers within Ontario and Quebec looking for this particular model and I can tell you the salespeople we have dealt with were nothing like her. She was informative, kind and easy to work with. We purchased the car right away. We also met Ali whom was fantastic in helping with financing and discussing our options. Again no pressure. Thank you again Khessy! I look forward to dealing with you in the future and will absolutely recommend Gabriel Nissan to anyone looking. We were warned in Ontario to not purchase a car in Quebec and I can definitely say they were wrong and we will be back

J'avais pris un rv pour un changement de bearing, (car véhicule encore sous-garantie); cependant le problème avait été identifié ailleurs, puisque lorsque j'ai fait part du bruit anormal sur mon véhicule à Nissan Longueuil ils n'ont pas voulu faire l'essai routier sans que j'aie à débourser de l'argent!!
Ce matin, je me pointe pour le changement prévu, et comme sous garantie, je ne m'attends pas à avoir de frais...,; (donc pas trop payant pour eux!)
le conseiller me recommande donc de faire un changement de l'huile de transmission, j'ai 70.000km et c'est la 1ère fois qu'on me parle de ça: le coût est très élevé.
De retour chez moi, je téléphone à mon garagiste qui me dit qu'on ne touche pas à ça; je rappelle le service Nissan pour leur dire que ça ne semble pas obligatoire, le conseiller me lit une recommandation de Nissan qui dit qu'aux 48.000km il faut le faire...( selon Nissan Longueuil...), dès que j'ai une minute, j'appelle 2 autres concessionnaires Nissan qui M'AFFIRMENT qu'on ne touche pas à ça.
Je rappelle le service Longueuil pour leur dire de ne pas toucher à ça, c'est alors que le conseiller me dit: '' j'allais justement vous appeler car votre véhicule est prêt'' et qu'on ne pourra venir vous chercher avant 15.30,( j'ai laissé mon véhicule à 7.30) et à 10.30 il n'y a plus personne pour venir me chercher: donc privée de mon véhicule pour 8 hres de temps! pourtant le chauffeur de la limousine m'a bien dit en me descendant chez moi, je viens vous chercher quand le véhicule est prêt!
à mon retour au garage, j'ai rencontré le pire directeur de services en 25 ans, car jusqu'à cette année j'ai été assidue à Nissan Longueuil avec autres personnels bien entendu, compréhensifs et qui essayaient de satisfaire le client.
Cette année, gros changements et vraiment pas pour le mieux!,surtout David Martin au service, à moins que vous appréciez les '' by the book'', il me déblatère le livre de Nissan, appris par coeur, mais malheureusement, entre les 2 oreilles, il n'y a rien qui passe!
Dommage! je ne veux pas pénaliser d'autres qui font bien leur travail, comme Solène à la vente, mais au service, on s'ennuie de la vieille garde, et je comprends qu'ils soient partis, quand de pareils ''blancs becs'' arrivent.
PS. seulement David Martin a omis de lire sur son document, que le remplacement du changement d'huile de transmission fait partie des ENTRETIENS PRIVILÉGIÉS , tels lubrification des verrous et des charnières...( un must!!!), pourquoi pas quand on sait pas quoi faire de son argent...; en tout cas, il s'est bien repris pour le changement de bearing sous garantie.
Après tant d'années de fidélité, il suffit d'un spécimen semblable pour quitter Nissan Longueuil à tout jamais!!

Unfortunately they are the dealer that has a lot of pickups so we stuck it out. But quite a lost bunch. I hate to say it but for many years Nissan was our dealer of choice but the service at other brands is by far much better. I do not know about how the service department is for repairs but in all honesty I am to wary to even try it. Not that Nissan chambly service is top and by far from past experiences.
Kept our $4059 security deposit after lease transfer! - Stephanie et edouard
Confirmer our $4059 security deposit will be reimbursed automatically by Nissan finance within 1 week by after we transfer our lease. They took an additional security deposit from the guy who took over the lease, charged us the transfer fees and gave the car to the new guy. Nissan finance now says that they should have reimbursed us. They blame each other and both refuse to refund. It’s been 8 weeks. This money was to pay our daughter school fees. I am not sure what we are going to do. And there customer service doesn’t reply to our emails.
Please avoid them at any cost!! They are really friendly but they are not faithful!

Pour un transfert de véhicule, ils traitent leurs clients comme le dernier de leur soucis. Ne sont pas intéressés à te servir. Il faut que tu les sollicites à plusieurs reprises pour qu’ils te répondent. Perdu mon temps me déplacer de Montréal à St-Jerome un vendredi soir en plein trafic 1h30 pour qu’ils me disent que le document que j’ai envoyé n’est pas bon. Ils avaient le document depuis au moins 3 hres et ont attendu mon arrivée pour me l’annoncer. Heureusement que je ne fais pas affaire avec eux. Imagine même pas client et me traite comme cela. Si j’achète là. Ils vont carrément m’oublier après.
WORST DEALER - super jack
by phone gave me a budget ( $174 ) for the maintenance at 32.000 km Nissan Rogue. Then, there $184 , and the Service Advisor ( Robert Visockis) said " ooo because the Rogue is a camion, not a car" ...and add extra $12.60 ( 99999-50099 produit entretien ) not included in the price neither, for nothing, because nothing was fixed or changed ...So the origial $174 + taxes = $ 200 , it turned in $226.41 ( $184 + 12.60 plus taxes). Then I complained on the website, and I was talking 2 times with Frederik Brassard... and I STILL WAITING for the phone call. WORST ATTENTION ever. I know that for them I do not represent a great client, but what I do know is that I will never return to that place, neither my family, nor friends nor acquaintances. At least 100 people will never go, and I hope everyone who reads this review becomes aware of the thieves in this society

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. Although it's a long story, the summary is that because they LOST my information I had to pay 800$. I wish I was joking but the service manager came, took information on the damage of my car, took pictures, and even said that the accident wasn't my fault. However, he lost the information and they refused to cover the damage. I will never buy another Nissan vehicular again and I suggest you don't as well.

I have to say that this is the first and the last time I will EVER have my car serviced by your dealer. I am writing this e-mail because the service I have received is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I brought my car in for a recall at your dealership on St-Martin in Laval, Quebec. I was called and told that I needed to have 2 pieces replaced that have to do with my bearings. That is all that I was told. When I went to go pickup my car, I was very politely told by the wonderful customer service representative (with whom I have no issue) that the mechanic mentioned to her that it looked like I had the pieces replaced not too long ago and that they were not the original Nissan parts.
This is very important for one main reason. If I knew that the pieces were NOT original Nissan pieces that tells me that I have already had repair work done. I have one mechanic that I deal with, and for the first time that I put my confidence in the dealer – I learned specifically why I should NEVER DO THAT. I had these pieces replaced in MAY OF 2015. They are barely a year old. Why does this matter? Because I have a GUARANTEE FOR 5 YEARS on them.
I cannot believe that it was worth mentioning to me AFTER you do the work that I had already had it done. And when I questioned the customer service rep she said, well Nissan pieces are better quality. She didn’t know why no one had informed me that the work was already done, but did agree that it was worth knowing.
What kind of customer service is this? I had actually inquired about buying a car from this dealership, and I am glad that this experience has shown me exactly why my business should be taken elsewhere.
I have a bill from my mechanic with my guarantee on these parts, and NOW, I just spent 460$ that I did not have to, all because no one felt it was worth mentioning to me that I had already done this repair, and that these were not original pieces BEFORE doing the work, it is only worth telling me afterwards – when you have essentially left me with no choice but to pay for the work done, because THE DEALERSHIP couldn’t be bothered to give me ALL of the facts, just the ones that ensured I spend more money at their dealership.
If this is the service I am to expect from Nissan, I am glad I found out before I considered buying a new Nissan especially from this dealership and most likely from Nissan in general

I phoned because of the transmission recall. They had reprogrammed the transmission in the hopes that the noise would reduce. I just phoned to tell them that the noise is ever worst than before. First, he was very impatient with me from the moment he started talking to me. Then he told me that it was normal for this transmission to have a noise and that they were not going to replace a whole transmission because of a noise. I never said that I wanted the transmission changed, I just want them to check the vehicle because I do know that normal noise and not normal noise on my vehicle is. He kept being so impatient with me that I just couldn't even tell him anything anymore. I was trying to tell him what kind of a noise it was making and he just would not listen to me, all he was telling me that this kind of transmission makes noise. I know that, this noise that my vehicle is making is NOT NORMAL. I finally just told him that I was going to phone back later and hopefully talk to someone with more patience and who actually likes the customers. I told him that he was being rude.
After they reprogrammed it, the service people had told us to bring the vehicle back if that didn't work which is what I'm trying to do.
I will get my husband to call because I want nothing to do with Capital Nissan anymore.
