Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He accommodated a last minute request to switch out my vehicle and helped deal with a few issues that popped up after the sale was complete. I recommend Andrew without reservation and will definitely be a return customer. Thank-you, Andrew!

I am so upset about my experience at Volvo of Toronto, I... - Lori
I am so upset about my experience at Volvo of Toronto, I felt the need to share my experience.
I take care of a luxury residence and with that its cars. I deal with several dealerships in the city, including Acura across the parking lot. This year a Volvo was added to the car list.
i was spoken down to in their service department and my Input was dismissed upon arrival. They spoke to me as if I had no idea what I was doing and took poor care of the car. (It’s not my car! And I was there for that very reason - to take care of it) they pointed my nose at all it’s problems like I was some spoiled brat. I work for these people and I need the car fixed! They drive in the mud and yes it hurts the car I’m here to get it fixed. They dismissed my comments about the mud and insisted that because I drove with a flat tire (again - I explained I was not involved) that the tire had to be replaced and it would take 2 days. They refused to check the car on the road and gave the car back with new wheel and the car still shook violently on the road after I left. Their excuse for not checking if they fixed the car - was that they had “told” me it could be mud. And that I should take better care of the car. I was at the service centre trying to take care of the car! It was just insane and their inability to stop and listen to the words I was saying was something out of a comedy sketch about men mansplaining to women.
In general - Of all my experiences in home maintenance dealing with trades and men all the time, this was the most stereotypical bad experience of my career. I would strongly advise any women to steer clear and try to find a service dealer who is able to listen and contribute to a constructive conversation without blaming the client. Sajid was lovely but didn’t follow through with testing the car like he promised before I picked it up, causing the problem. Lee was terrible at mediating and making it right without blaming his client when it was an obvious oversight of his department.
Bought the XC60 Momentum from Boris Goldstein on April... - Eloisegirl
Bought the XC60 Momentum from Boris Goldstein on April 26, 2021. Boris was a fantastic professional who knew the vehicle and all the delights of Volvo. Never felt pressured in any way. Got an amazing deal as well as a goodie bag (waterbottle, baseball cap, key fobs). So impressed with this dealership. On delivery day, Roy walked me through the touchscreen goodies and explained everything easily. Love that there is a Volvo app! Luxury x safety = peace of mind. Highly recommend this dealership.
The worst experience I have ever had. Richard was shady... - jason
The worst experience I have ever had. Richard was shady from the start and through-out. He kept bullying me into buying the used car I was looking at without taking it to a mechanic to check. Even the manager gave me a bad feeling and even though he was easier to talk to didn't really seem that different.
Once a third-party mechanic took a look they found an engine code that could be a problem. Once I brought this to his attention he tried to convince me that this was not true and that the cars manufacturer signed off on the car with no problems. When I tried to talk to him about my concerns of buying this car with these issues he just hung up the phone. Honestly this is something I would expect from a sketchy used car lot and not a Volvo dealer. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

Bought both my Volvos here. - Lovemyvolvo
I bought both my volvos here (XC90 four years ago and XC60 2 years ago) off Terry. My only complaint s that I live too far away to get all my services done here. I love my Volvos and I am very pleased with everything about the buying process from Terry and Hamilton Volvo.
Redefined incompetence. Scheduled to have my tires... - SH
Redefined incompetence. Scheduled to have my tires replaced, an alignment, and an oil change. Service department ordered the wrong tires. Oil change wasn’t performed. Not sure what they did with my vehicle for 3 days.
Great service - Valentino
I was driving my 2002 Isuzu NPR between Calgary and Nova Scotia when a hissing noise started coming from the engine under load around Petawawa ON.
Phoned the service department on Friday, October 08, 2016 late in the afternoon and they booked me in for the next morning. One a half hour later I was back on the road.
Personable and honest people.
Two more times readjustment for the replaced brakes - jiang123
I would like to share my mysterious experience here to see if anybody can help me to solve this issue.
According to their recommendation, the whole brake system of my Volvo XC90 was replaced at this workshop. After driving back home, we found the E brake did not function. I sent an email to the workshop and requested to get the problem fixed the following day since we are going to travel afterwards. We sent the car back to the workshop the next day and the E brake was readjusted to fix this problem. In the morning of the third day, we drove about 20 minutes in the city of London and then entered highway 401. After driving about 10 km on the highway, we heard some strange noises and felt the violent vibration and the car was like driving on a very bumpy road. We had to pull over our car. I realized some burning smell coming out from the right rear wheel. I attempted to use my finger to touch the right rear disc and found it was super hot to burn my finger. However, the other three discs are just gently warm and I can put my fingers on them without any un-comfortability. I called Volvo London and talked with the lady named Ruth. After I described the problem to her and reminded her that my car's brakes were just replaced. She definitely said that something got stuck on my car's rear right wheel and it was nothing related to the car's brakes. I told her that my car's brakes were just replaced at your workshop. She said "it is nice". I have to say she was very rude this time even though she sometimes behaves ok. I am just curious should the so called service advisor behave in this way when the customer desperately needs help? Then I requested to talk with the service department manager. I described the problem to him and he confirmed that this phenomenon was not normal. He suggested me to call roadside assistance to get my car back to the workshop. After my car was towed back, I also talked with the service manager in person and he confirmed again that the phenomenon I described was not normal. They promised me to check it and sent me back home. In the late afternoon, they sent my car back home and an invoice report as well. Mysteriously, they did not report anything wrong. I have communicated with Volvo Canada and they confirmed all the parts consumed on my car are certified to defect free. Then the question is: what caused the malfunction of my car's brakes on highway? I could not get any reasonable explanation from the workshop. Who can help me to explain what happened?
Terrible Technician Matt Fenney tried cheating me, saying... - gtacarservices
Terrible Technician Matt Fenney tried cheating me, saying your car has an after market tow hitch installed, that is causing 12 battery charging fault!
i asked them to disconnect it and clear the code to re check and he came up saying its 4 hours job, will cost you $700+ tax.
called general manager Liam O'Connor and complained, he goes let me look in to it, and nothing he did so far.
Took my car to regular garage and got it fixed..
stay away from these cheats at every cost.
not recommended at all.
First service, they didn't keep our online service... - Bernard Summer
First service, they didn't keep our online service booking, seemed very disinterested, like they couldn't care less if we were there or not.
Second service, they didn't have a shuttle, had a cab but failed to tell
us ahead of time that there's a $20 cap and you pay the rest, very
unprofessional and bad customer service, we will now try service elsewhere.
