Went to service my Audi at this store, and dealt with Drew. He was over the top professional from the start to the end, and made my wife (who had to drop it off before work) feel very comfortable and taken care of. The technician Connor did a fantastic job, and made sure the paperwork had everything he did, in great detail!

The tailgate on our GMC Sierra 1500 came off its hinges and broke down at Costco across the street and GMC wasn’t able to pick up our call. We showed up at Chevy looking for help and this employee was extremely helpful and immediately willing to help. He rotated the hinge and fixed it for us. He was super nice and willing to help. When we offered to pay them something for the service, they told us not to worry about it and they were happy to help. It was a great experience from this employee specifically and left us with an overall positive impression of Chevy.

I prebooked an appointment for a service on my pick up. I delivered truck a few hours early and dropped off truck. My appointment time was 1pm simple oil change. at 2;30 i called service personnel that checked in truck Guru, he stated that truck had not been brought into shop but would be soon, maybe 4 pm finished, when i complained to him that i had an appointment for 1 pm he stated it was 1:30 time as well that is only an estimated time. i was surprised as a simple oil change when you preform these every business day of the year could not be an easy task to preform near on time. i told Guru i would be down to pick up my truck as I had groceries i needed to get home. upon arrival i showed him the text on appointment time 1pm, explained that my time is important as well and a appointment time should be respected. he offered to split the cost on oil change and complete it another day. my round trip is 180km a second round trip would accumulate to 360km. This was my first and last time to this business, Simply put, you can buy a new vehicle anywhere, they are all the same, service does it all, if you have service center you can trust or treats you like they want your business, in my opinion you have all you need.
