My 2015 Chrysler Town & Country's battery failed 3 times during the Long Canada Day weekend as a
result of indifferent readings from their Diagnostic Tester. This required the vehicle to be towed twice
back to their yard and finally the results were positive..... a new battery was required . This misfortune
was all a big inconvenience! Then Langley Chrysler went the EXTRA MILE to provide me with Total
Customer satisfaction. My thanks go to Anthony Wiseman, General Manager, for being so welcoming
and understanding my dissapointment. The management there is very pro-active and extremely Customer Oriented. They only want Total Customer Satisfaction. My customer service experience ended with Langley Chrysler honouring all costs for Towing, Diagnostic charges, brand new Courtesy Vehicle and a new battery from the Service Dept.
