Hello, per our conversation with you and the BBB, we dont have any records of refused warranty work. There are notes pertaining to "fit and finish", that aren't covered by warranty, those we referred you back to the dealer that sold you the vehicle. You didn't even talked to me (GM Anthony Wiseman) and saying that as per our conversation , stop lieing , I have send the pictures to BBB and the email send to me by FCA Canada that your service manger (Ed Braconnier) has refused to do the work and I also have all the prove with me and also Joanne Callender the device advisor's statement, now that work is been done at other dealership by FCA Canada. I have posted pictures on Google review if anyone want to see it. Call me if you still want to talk to me.

Dear Mr. ****** In addition to my voicemail. We received your email about the tonneau cover problem experienced with your 2020 Ram 1500, VIN: *********. We apologize for learning of this matter. We spoke with the Service Manager Ed from Langley Chrysler who informed us that they diagnosed the problem and ordered the tonneau cover. Why you guys are lieing , I have posted that FCA Canada talked to the service manger about the warranty and you guys did the work and put a damaged tonneau cover and when I pointed it out the service manger didn't like it and also damaged the window weather strip while fixing that too under warranty. I'm waiting for you (Anthony Wiseman) the General manager of Langley Chrysler to call me , I will update if the General manager of Langley Chrysler Anthony Wiseman calls me on the review, because I know he won't call me.
