I was bringing my vehicle in for a scheduled servicing with Nanaimo Mazda. My spouse was called at home during the servicing..the sales employee mentioned that additional servicing was required for the vehicle, that was agreed to but he failed to mention the cost of the additional servicing. It is unfortunate that he didn’t see the importance of mentioning the additional cost. Most customers see cost as the NUMBER 1 concern when authorizing work!!! They also decided to check,clean and inspect brakes..the final bill totalled $591!!! I was extremely upset..spoke with the Sales representative he stood by the cost and the work...during the call he took the adversarial approach that he was right at all costs...had zero understanding as to why I was upset and would not even entertain any compensation whatsoever!!!!
