Steve was Very rude to deal with and has a huge attitude. Would not take any ownership and tried to belittle me. Harris Mazda you lost many customers, past and FUTURE. For a person in Leadsership to treat customers this way is absolutely appalling.. please get some leadership training or step down before you lose more customers.

"Service department staff determined to be right at all costs"

I was bringing my vehicle in for a scheduled servicing with Nanaimo Mazda. My spouse was called at home during the servicing..the sales employee mentioned that additional servicing was required for the vehicle, that was agreed to but he failed to mention the cost of the additional servicing. It is unfortunate that he didn’t see the importance of mentioning the additional cost. Most customers see cost as the NUMBER 1 concern when authorizing work!!! They also decided to check,clean and inspect brakes..the final bill totalled $591!!! I was extremely upset..spoke with the Sales representative he stood by the cost and the work...during the call he took the adversarial approach that he was right at all costs...had zero understanding as to why I was upset and would not even entertain any compensation whatsoever!!!!

I have zero complaints with the Mazda Service department. I gave them 5 stars. They serviced my car yesterday. Very understanding of what my life has been going through. Lifted a big weight off my shoulders. I actually walked out of there yesterday with tears of joy. These people are the best!! So happy! 😍 Thank You Mazda 😍

"Crappy Service "

The service Department has the crappiest service and customer service around. Every time I bring my car in I have to wait for shuttle for a long time before they come pick me up to bring me too my car. The service department has bad customer service. I find bring my car to Victoria I get better service.

Had a used Miata from elsewhere checked over by Harris Mazda in a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone I spoke with in Service was extremely helpful and courteous - they went above and beyond. I am very impressed with their service and do not hesitate to recommend them highly!

Parts of the upholstery and the carpet look like they were completely missed. I have had vehicles detailed in the past and was impressed with the outcome, but not this time. I really appreciated the drive home and pick-up from a nice man, I have forgotten his name, sorry.
