Paula, Service Manager refused to submit my warranty claim to GM. She basically said she did not care one bit about dong business with me, I was a totally invaluable customer and that I could just go she wasn't even going to try with GM. The service advisor was doing his best to get her to help me but she wouldn't. When I raised my voice she finally grabbed my keys and got a tech to put it up on the hoist to see what the problem even was and then gave me a quote of $240 saying a few things broken and GM warranty would cover anything but she wouldn't even submit it. I took my truck and left and went to a local muffler shop and he got it done in 15 minutes for $33. Paula chose to argue what she didn't even take the time to look into longer than it actually took to fix the problem and make me happy. Paula, I hope pointing this out to you helps you be a better "Customer" Service Manager, because today you were a total failure at it!
