It was a great experience how I was treated royally too bad I can’t do it every week. Marcelo was wonderful and so was the finance manager Christine. I felt like they treated me as a person not just somebody who is buying a car. I have been well taken care of and any question I had was answered with concern. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

From Elizabeth, who set up my appointment and checked in afterwards, to Cindy who greeted me and made sure I was being looked after, to Ryan, who did the work and then spent a couple of minutes afterwards explaining everything, I couldn’t be happier with people at this dealership. This was my second visit and, along with Michelle, I am so impressed with staff there.

In my handful of visits to Harris Kia, I have spoken to Dave Bare several times. He has been always helpful and friendly. I have seen that same interaction with other customers and his employees. The dealership is pleasant and efficient without a lot of expensive infrastructure that has to be paid for ultimately by the customers. I purchased a 2021 Seltos for my wife and we both like it a lot. The sales department was no pushover but we found the deal that we both found agreeable. The Seltos has all the features we want without being too “precious”. Service department has been attentive.

I had the pleasure to deal with Michelle in the Service department and I must admit her customer-oriented approach made my day. Not only was she able to get my vehicle for a quick check up, but she also sent me a video of the work and was able to complete this all in a matter of a couple of hours. Michelle left a lasting impression on my family as this was a memorable experience and I will be highly considering purchasing future vehicles from Harris Kia.

Excellent service & Price - P/U & Delivery from home - Delivery person even wore mask and wiped down parts of the car that he touched due to Covid-19 concerns. Persons I dealt with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Car runs great!

The staff of the service centre are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Even though we have an older car, they did a thorough check of the car. They explained everything that needed to be done. They let us decide what and how much would be done. No pressure. The loaned us a beautiful 2020 KIA Soul overnight at no extra charge. We are very pleased with the work done. Our old car is now a reliable vehicle. We can drive with peace of mind.

" A client since 2008, I have always had excellent service"

All staff members are knowledgeable, always pleasant and helpful. Service needing to be done is explained, car is often ready before predicted time, I have never had to wait, and repairs when needed, which was rare, were properly done. The car is washed and sparkles when I pick it up, a treat. I recommend them highly.

Since I bought my 2011 Kia Sorrento in fall of 2010 I have had my car serviced there, first because of the Warranty and when that expired I stayed because of the Service. Kolbi and Mike always answer emails and make appointments as quickly as possible and try to keep my costs down. During this very trying time of the COVID 19 crisis, Kolbi went out of her way to accommodate me in terms of being able to keep my isolating pretty much intact, and as a senior (who me?) I really appreciate it. I know when I go there that the work is done well, and they stand behind it. I really thank them for that and it deserves a good review. :)
