Friendly, professional folks. From Elizabeth, who set up my appointment and checked in afterwards, to Cindy who greeted me and made sure I was being looked after, to Ryan, who did the work and then spent a couple of minutes afterwards explaining everything, I couldn’t be happier with people at this dealership. This was my second visit and, along with Michelle, I am so impressed with staff there.

I won't be back, unfortunately. Most of the staff seemed sympathetic & understanding of the fact that I was kept waiting an exceptionally long time for my appointment to buy out my lease. However, after multiple phone calls over the past couple weeks to get someone - anyone - to return my call for guidance, an hour & a half wait for an appointment (without apology or "thank you for your patience" from the person who I had the appointment with), to getting my (technically "new") car from Service uncleaned after they had it 2 1/2 hours (and when I inquired, it was taken back, given only a quick floor vacuum & returned within a few minutes smelling so terrible of body odor - yes, like the Seinfeld episode - I had to drive with the windows down - clearly not properly cleaned & sanitized). Keep in mind, the last time I brought the car in for an oil change, they forgot about me & I almost fell asleep in the waiting room - so this has been a pattern. Very disappointed that buying my car turned out to be such a bad experience for me. It should have been an exciting day. Hopefully you'll do better with your future clients, Harris Kia. I won't be one of them.

I want to apologize for any disrespect that you felt during your visit and I can assure you that none was meant. I understand that you had planned to buy out your vehicle lease while your vehicle was there being serviced yesterday and we were late getting you in with our Financial Services Manager as they had a customer that had gone in before your appointment time and they took much longer that we had expected causing the delay in completing your paperwork. It certainly was a busy day during your visit but again I want you to know that we take your comments extremely seriously as it is obvious that we fell FAR short of delivering the experience that you deserve regardless of the reason for your visit. I will speak to our entire team regarding this message to reiterate the need for thorough communication with our guests and renew our efforts to deliver a world class experience.
