The past month, Michelle Harper has been a light guiding me through such a stressful time. Not only keeping me informed about what was going on with warranty questions, taking care of all of my worries abou me through such a stressful time. Not only keeping me informed about what was going on with warranty questions, taking care of all of my worries about the hows and whens regarding fixing up my Kia soul (affectionately called yoda), but for being a comforting genuine person. In the midst of all the stress of my car stuff and a family emergency, she was a constant source of "I've got this for you" and she did. When I felt like I was taking care of everyone, Michelle made me feel like someone was taking care of me. That isn't just a reflection of her job, that is a reflection of the stellar person she is. MIchelle Harper was great from the second we drove in. Great at describing what would be done on our maintenance service.
