i had what I thought was a 11:30 oil change of which my plan was to wait for completion. On arrival I am told It would be around 1:30 scheduled. I called my wife to pick me up. I then paid my bill and entered my vehicle when I noticed that my next oil change would be in 5000 KM. I went in and after staff discussions I am told that yes my oil change should be 10,000 km and redid the tag. (this makes us seniors feel like we are being "hosed" if we do not notice the discrepancy) I then checked this oil change invoice against the last one and noted that I paid more. On inquiry I am told there has been a fee increase between oil changes. Strait forward declaration would save the customer in have to question the increase by surprise. I have gotten a shuttle ride from Elizabeth twice now after dropping my car off for service. She has been an amazing driver. Every ride is smooth and enjoyable. Was getting my car serviced and the guy in front of me was almost charged for an unwanted tire rotation. Leticia found the culprit and straightened everything out. Terrible communication; had to speak with at least 4 different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. different customer service reps. They lost my car and called me to ask where it was. They had a different contact in their system for my vehicle. Twice they told me it was on the hoist being fixed when it was not. Not a word was said from the rep when I picked it up. No apologies offered. Sent in 2 different feedback/surveys with a request to have customer service all me with no follow up. If it was not under warranty I would not bring it back. More
