He was over the top professional from the start to the end, and made my wife (who had to drop it off before work) feel very comfortable and taken care of. The technician Connor did a fantastic job, and made sure the paperwork had everything he did, in great detail!

We are very pleased with this Dealership. Staff was friendly courteous and professional. IWe were on a holiday trip when we started hearing a strange noise. We saw the Dealership and pulled in with no prearranged appointment. We were towing our trailer and had no place arranged to camp as we were just passing through the city. The service advisor spoke with one of the managers and they arranged for us to park our trailer right there on the lot. They gave us access to power and water and we were able to use our air conditioning in the trailer as it was a very hot day . They also offered for us to come in to the main service lounge and coffee and snacks. They managed to get our truck in right away. As it turned out the issue was not a major concern and was relatively easy to fix. The tech came and spoke with us to make sure that we were informed on what had happened and answered all questions to our satisfaction. In short every person that we dealt with on this day did a superb job in looking after us . We were very happy to be on our way again within two hours to our next stop on our trip. Nice work Dearborn Ford . We would definitely recommend you to our friends.

I have lived in Vancouver, New Westminster and now Kamloops, best service ever. When I bought my car there as well, no hard pressured sales, very attentive. And listened to give me a great deal.

It’s been a while but getting an Uber to go home and be picked up was really nice. Ok i made an appointment for my wife’s car, the first conversation on the phone the person immediately said its due for a brake and coolant flush. I immediately said no the vehicle is coming for an oil change with a brake check and fluids check. Of course they did not follow instructions and A guy named ASH quickly duped my wife into other services. Of course afterwards they are telling me all the thing they did free like required recall repairs by the manufacturer. An oil change at 385$ is already stupid. But to rip[ us off afterwards is just dumb. I will certainly never buy another bmw as a result. Or ever recommend the car. No estimate was ever printed and returned to the customer

They gave me a service sheet so that I could be aware of of what to expect with my new 2024 Honda CRV. I feel informed and taken care of. With this being my first new car ever...I felt very taken care of and not taken advantage of!!! Thank you Honda Service department...very much!!!
