I recently brought my 2016 sierra in and the whole passenger side of my truck, led lights did not work, I paid them to look into it.
They had stated I needed all new headlight lights and taillights which in turn would have over 2 thousand dollars. I dug more into it and found it to be a basic fuse and replaced it myself for $2.50 and everything works as it should, don’t go here for any electrical work!

I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.
Warning. This is not the dealership you are looking for.... - RichNich
Warning. This is not the dealership you are looking for. They dismiss any safety issue brought to them. Both passenger side tires worn to 0% at 40K km, while the driver's side were road worthy. Definitely a safety issue, but they will not admit fault and blamed tire defects. Defects, but only on both passenger tires and it only affects one side of the car?? We must have won the Wheaton lottery there. It is never their fault and they are willing to risk your safety to reinforce that point. That is the final straw.
Some stories as proof and to solidify how bad it can get here. Through great incompetence they put gas engine oil in our diesel vehicle! Then ran few litres of the right oil through it and filled it back up. Then at the next oil change, told her she needed a flush because her oil is so black! The audacity!
Next up, they "broke" all but 6 lugnuts on one tire change and charged $250 extra for 32 new nuts because of that negligence! That's right, $300 tire changes, only available at Wheaton Chev. Receipts and tire pics on Google and Facebook review.
Then there's also that wheel alignment charge even though they said it was not the problem or the cause of the defective "tires" to begin with.
Then there's the time they couldn't book me in on time for my last free oil change. They said they were booking 30 days away for oil changes!? That actually hurt my feelings that they think so low of me to say such a ridiculous statement. Just tell me you won't honor it, don't lie to me like a child would. They have a lube bay now but that's where they put the wrong oil in your diesel engine anyways. You lose either way, they cover every angle. They are professionals and have been soaking customers long enough to know how to do it and they do it well. The service department and manager are shadier than the Artic in winter time. Blackout level of shadiness. I really need to hammer home how they will not hesitate for a second to take advantage of you.
For good measure, they report all negative reviews and will this one to try and cover these shady business practices. How dare I warn other people they haven't taken for a ride yet! This review exists because everyone has the right to see how little they care about their customers once they have signed the papers. Your safety or not. They're delaying the inevitable, because that's easier than actually caring. In the meantime for being even shadier than they already have been in person, they now get reviews everywhere available. As it was meant to be.
