We purchased our Ford's from another Ford dealership and with the poor service we now being our 2 Ford Vehicles here and no were else. And in the future will be purchasing maybe another one someday.

The service tech was empathetic however we’ve had our F150 every few months in the last couple of years with nothing but problems and those problems not getting resolved properly. Lots of $$ spent and every time a different answer. Was a customer with Zarowny for years but now????
Went to go buy new truck and Salesperson wouldn’t even go on lot to show trucks. Just sat in front of computer. Husband got very frustrated and went elsewhere

The salesman went above and betond my expectations once again. this is the fourth truck in approx. 9 years and I am super happy with this outcome. Ron deserves recognition for his knowledge of the business and the way he works with people.

Terrible work quality, Terrible service, employees did not care about my truck or my satisfaction at all. Damaged my interior and did not fix it. blamed me for damage to my truck after they replaced my dash. Service manager said he would fix it in Dec 2019, I sit a May 2020 with no repair. Had to fix my truck myself. For shame!

Went to buy a truck from these guys and had the deal all done till it came to the trade in value. I know a person isn’t going to get what the vehicle but to be offered half of what it’s worth was a huge insult.
The sales manger and a bunch of the sales guys don’t even know anything about they are selling, except for what they read in the sticker.
Will never deal with them total waste of time

Originally when I bought my 2012 Escape, it was brand new off the lot. I bought it from a different dealership which left and incredibly bad taste in my mouth (and a phone call to AMVIC...). After that transaction I vowed never to step foot in a Ford Dealership again.
The staff at Koch Ford have completely changed my mind and were so incredibly amazing, I had to write a review. I have never, NEVER had such amazing customer service in my life.
Blair Martin is the service manager. He took the time to talk to me on the phone, he recommended repairs that my car needed. He listened to my concerns, he walked me through step by step of the process. He went over and above, he organized a rental car for me, he called me, checked up on me and had my car ready for pick up earlier than expected. He then followed up to see how it was driving! Blair honestly cared about my service and the quality I was receiving. He is simply amazing!
Kenrose is the person I worked with for the details of my service when I picked it up. Never have I had someone in a dealership sit down and explain everything they did to my car and explain why it was done. She went over and above and even managed to save me a little bit of money... A DEALERSHIP SAVED ME MONEY! (I know... unheard of). There was ZERO nickle and diming. Kenrose was amazing!
Federico is simply awesome. His accent and personality crack you up and he knows his stuff!! With the repairs I needed, I was debating buying a new car instead. Federico answered ALL (8 thousand) of my questions, took the time I needed and helped me choose the right option for me. I didn't buy a new car... yet. And when I do, it will be from him, and you should too! The reason why I feel this is important in the review is because of the negative experience I had when I originally bought my escape. The sales person there was condescending and put SO much pressure on me (which is how I ended up with a brand new car I didn't intend on buying...). Not ONCE did I ever feel pressure from Federico. Not once did he push me into something I wasn't sure about. He spent time with me, taught me about their cars and went way over and above for me. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about him.
100% if you need a vehicle or need repairs, this is absolutely the best dealership in Edmonton with the best staff. Hands down, I will continue to rave about how amazing they are to anyone that will listen.

I've been in here multiple times, First time was to get the code for the door on my truck and they said they needed to take it for an hour and charge me $100. Google told me to go to a spot on my truck that took 4 mins to get the code for free. 2nd time was getting a car for my sister...... Man I never been so stressed, Clueless salesman's, Not friendly at all, and when it came to getting the car they didn't want to fix the roof cover that was hanging down, said it was going to cost $2200 to fix it. Ended up getting it fixed and buying the CRV but man I never been so freaking mad leaving a Dealership. 3rd time was getting the warranty work done on my Truck. I purchased it through Scott Subaru and I am thankful i did. Got the Extended warranty with it and when the term was at the end i got them to inspect it and send it in for work. Well they brought it here to have the Turbos looked at. All they did was water pump and a solenoid, ok... what about the oil in the turbo? They sent it back to Subaru not touching the Turbos... it was Subaru that checked it over multiple times and had them check multiple things otherwise MGM wouldn't have gave to cents about the well being of my truck. Ended up getting a lot of work done rather then the 1/3rd they initially fixed. Thanks for caring.
