I have been into this dealership many times to purchase vehicles as well as service work. My first vehicle purchased from them was a 1995 Mustang GT in 2008 and my most recent was a 2017 Mustang GT. I have had service work done on my Ford vehicles as well as my Dodge vehicles and am always extremely happy with the work and customer service I receive. It is nice to go in for an oil change and not have pushy sales people trying to sell you other services and different oil and stuff.

Very poor response rate and expensive service - Kimo
Tried repeatedly to book the service. Eventually after texting and emailing managed to book the service 3 days later. Dropped off the vehicle but got no paperwork to confirm service details. Service agent did not keep me up to date on status nor likely cost of service. Finally got an update from the agent detailing a list of minor repairs. The bill for the service was nearly $1400.00 of which $1200 was labour. Does not seem minor to me. Probably won’t go back.

I have been considering upgrading my old pick up for a while and had shopped Hansen’s online for a while, on a whim while driving by with my wife we stopped by to look at a pick up I had my eye on to find the guys were in the midst of closing a wholesaler deal on this unit. Ryan and his sales manager Guy were very helpful and accommodating to us and found a way to make the deal work for us. I made an offer that I believed to be fair to both of us and they agreed, deal done. The negotiations and post sale service has been equally satisfying,

We brought a new used car at Okotoks Ford Lincoln. The vehicle smells very strong of dusty/Musty when we turn the Air Conditioning on. Because we just got this car and this car is under warranty from the dealer so we came back to ask for a help to remove the awful smell. An employee member from this store also drove this car down the road smell the same. Then they did give a help X2 but they didn't tell us where the problem come from. They said they don't know. The problem reoccurred again after one week got help from the store. We were so frustrated. We tried to solve the problem our self. We did google search and got the answer. according to the internet is the bacteria growing inside the vents that's making that dusty/musty smell, deep inside the air-conditioning system. So, we followed their direction used the spray-bacteria killer and it worked well. The smell was gone. However, after one and a half week the smell came back again. Since we have already known where is the smell come from and also our car is still under warranty from the dealer so we decided to come back to ask them give the air-conditioner a good clean up because they have the professional tool. Unfortunately, they refused to give a help.
Worst place I have ever dealt with and I will not shop and service our vehicles at Okotoks Ford and would not recommend to anyone!

I've been in here multiple times, First time was to get the code for the door on my truck and they said they needed to take it for an hour and charge me $100. Google told me to go to a spot on my truck that took 4 mins to get the code for free. 2nd time was getting a car for my sister...... Man I never been so stressed, Clueless salesman's, Not friendly at all, and when it came to getting the car they didn't want to fix the roof cover that was hanging down, said it was going to cost $2200 to fix it. Ended up getting it fixed and buying the CRV but man I never been so freaking mad leaving a Dealership. 3rd time was getting the warranty work done on my Truck. I purchased it through Scott Subaru and I am thankful i did. Got the Extended warranty with it and when the term was at the end i got them to inspect it and send it in for work. Well they brought it here to have the Turbos looked at. All they did was water pump and a solenoid, ok... what about the oil in the turbo? They sent it back to Subaru not touching the Turbos... it was Subaru that checked it over multiple times and had them check multiple things otherwise MGM wouldn't have gave to cents about the well being of my truck. Ended up getting a lot of work done rather then the 1/3rd they initially fixed. Thanks for caring.
Stay away from this place.
