As per the title, Northgate Chevrolet Buick GMC ltd deserves an excellent review. The Salesperson Naz was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My family has dealt with Naz for a number of years. We always go back knowing he will ensure the deal goes smoothly, and will work hard for the best deal possible. One just has to talk too Naz, and you will know he is truly genuine. Shawn Dempsey (Finance) was easy to converse with and is very knowledgeable. He ensured the whole transaction was finalized in a professional and timely manner. Both Naz and Shawn took the time to listen to any and all concerns that we had in reference to the deal. Again to sum up, you will not go wrong by incorporating both Naz and Shawn when purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks to both of them I left feeling great about the whole transaction. I made arrangements for an oil change and tire rotation. I left my vehicle all day to get services done.
End of day, shuttle was too busy to pick me up so I had to make my own arrangements.
Once at the dealership, discovered no tire rotation done and when I asked why, I was told maybe technician chose not to because of tire tread measurement.
Regardless, I asked for rotation and got no phone call to discuss so I was made to feel stupid because technician knows more than me.
I have bought 3 brand new vehicles from Jack Carter since 2013 and have had all service work performed there but maybe it is time to find a new dealership that will look after my requests and not try to make me feel stupid.
Very disappointed in today's service and how the failure was handled.
