I knew exactly what I wanted before going in. I needed someone that could provide me with the best service and the numbers that I was looking for without wasting any time. I was referred to Jordan, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and he even found exactly what I was looking for. I called 2 other Nissan dealerships to get a comparisons, the first place (Go Nissan North) they didn't even call me back and the other (Ericksen Nissan) wasn't listening to what I wanted as they kept trying to upgrade me to Platinum options. For that reason alone, it made me realize that the customer service that Jordan was providing was enough for me to complete my purchase with him and West End Nissan. I would recommend Jordan 100%! More

I went in for a used vehicle in early 2020 and the staff there were friendly and courteous. While I wasn't able to negotiate much on the price of the vehicle, I feel like the saleswoman I worked with, Joy, there were friendly and courteous. While I wasn't able to negotiate much on the price of the vehicle, I feel like the saleswoman I worked with, Joy, got me a fair deal during the process.
