Today - finally! - I had a terrific experience. I was welcomed quickly, had an easy conversation about the services planned, was consulted about an extra part needed, and everything was finished well ahead of when it was expected. Toyota town stepped up and showed what a real Toyota customer service is . They listened to my issues and where going to repair my vehicle after Brantford Toyota damaged it . They went a step further and put me in a new 2017 Tacoma. It is this level of customer service that makes them an outstanding dealership. More

We changed dealerships because of the quality service and the competitive pricing that Toyotatown offers. The service is always prompt and you can trust the technicians to provide the best care for your vehicle. On my most recent visit we were assigned to a Service Advisor named Mike Minarsky. He went above and beyond to provide the best advice and to ensure that we received the best service and pricing possible. He exceeded my expectations by helping me process a warranty claim with Michelin that was settled within a few days.
