Everyone was very helpful. Nezir sold us our Rav 4 Trail and kept in constant touch to let us know where we were at. Over the years buying new vehicles, we have never had to turn in our trade before we picked up our new vehicle. The manager that approved the trade in would only do the deal if our Tacoma was in before our new vehicle arrived. More

James went above and beyond even came in on his day off answering my questions regarding my options for a trade in, responded to emails, etc, phone messages immediately, for which I felt "important". He also showed me something I had on our car that I didn't even know I had.. I have the Bright headlight feature that turns off and on without me using it that no one showed me when I bought my Rav 4 at another dealership.. I will be returning to Toyota Town hands down..
