Fantastic team and excellent service! In the past I have purchased new vehicles from Ford, Honda and Toyota and none of them even compare to the experience that I received from Team Chrys In the past I have purchased new vehicles from Ford, Honda and Toyota and none of them even compare to the experience that I received from Team Chrysler. As soon as I walked in the dealership I was greeted by Mike and felt at ease right away. I wanted to take a Jeep for a test drive and Alfred promptly brought up the vehicle for me. Immediately Alfred was interested in what I wanted and was super quick and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had about the car. Returning to the dealership I decided I wanted to test drive a different vehicle. Right away Alfred was running for the keys with no objections and soon I was in the second vehicle. Again, same test drive experience...super knowledgeable and friendly and we even had a few good laughs. My favourite part about the experience so far was that I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I absolutely loved the Jeep Grand Cherokee and discussed financing. Alfred was great and so was Mike. Even George the General Manager came over and introduced himself. I almost felt a part of the Team Chrysler family. I can't say enough about what a great experience I had purchasing my vehicle and it is all a result of everyone I dealt with - Bourk, George, Mike, Alfred and Moe! I also feel Alfred went above and beyond for me as the day I picked up the car I decided I wanted winter mats. As the Parts department was closed, Alfred offered to order them for me if they did not have any in stock and would let me know when they came in. Promptly the next morning I got an email from Alfred telling me he had my mats. Went in that night to pick them up and Alfred met me at the front, and went and installed the mats for me. I was very impressed. Thank you Alfred!! I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely buy another vehicle from them. More
