Recommendation for service at Team Chrysler - Mississauga With a spirit of candor, I must admit and say that the service level and quality I obtained while dealing directly with the Service Advisor, Mr. James With a spirit of candor, I must admit and say that the service level and quality I obtained while dealing directly with the Service Advisor, Mr. James Vicente was at all times of very high standards and professionalism. Mr. Vicente was courteous and very attentive to my call for a technical issue recently became known with my Chrysler 200 where it eventually involved a replacement of the P/S pump and the issue was swiftly rectified. The way this issue was handled is of very high quality standards and with utter competence. The diagnosis that was performed by Mr. Vicente together with the workshop technician - Mr. Eddy, was very comprehensive and valuable. The follow up after the procedure was completed was also of great appreciation. I also have a Town & Country which I bought from a different Chrysler dealer and after my recent experience with James, I will surely start servicing it through him also at Team Chrysler. I highly recommend the service at TEAM Chrysler in Mississauga as a result of my recent dealings with James. More
