Outstanding service by James and Team I had to take my car to this dealership a few times and James has always looked well after me. From start to finish, he always takes great care of me and makes sure that my experience is a positive one: he takes care of the paperwork, sends it to me by email, offers me some coffee and more importantly always ensure that my car gets the repairs it needs in a prompt manner. I live in Toronto, 40 km away from that dealership and have others closer to my home but I will continue to go to TEAM Chrysler for the excellent service I get.
